It is the worst purchase I have ever made. We bought a mattress and a sofa bed, the mattress was of terrible quality and the pad was never raised, it looks like a cube of cement and the sofa bed had the 3 linings of the mattresses broken, all 3 of them are too bad, the quality is too bad. and the horrible manufacturing?

Recently visited American Furniture Galleries and had a great experience. Jamal, the sales rep there, was incredibly helpful and patient, spending 2 hours with us to find the perfect furniture. We got a beautiful dining set, king bed frame, sofa, side chair and side tables, center table, all for a great deal at $3900, down from almost $5000. Highly recommend for quality furniture and fantastic service. Thank you, Jamal!"

We bought a bedroom set in November & when it was delivered one of the dressers was damaged and we called to have them replace it with a new one and they gave us the run around. The store located at the corner of Warner and Alma School has no honor, morals, ethics or good business practices and basically treat people like crap. after 2mos of on them about new dresser they finally called said new one would be deliver and the bomb out of that to, gave us a day then changed it to another day to be delivered between 4- 7 and 6pm came around & I called then they said window was changed to 5-8pm and they never delivered the dresser & now that I call them the next morning they don't answer the phone. I SUGGEST NO ONE BUY ANYTHING FROM AMERICAN FURNITURE GALLERIES.

We found everything we were shopping for at American Furniture Galleries. Esmi was absolutely amazing! She listened to our request and provided many options to choose from. Not only did she provide options she was able to assist us with colors and patterns ensuring everything worked together to make the perfect livingroom.

I needed to buy a new bed for my son and I wanted to get something special. I had such a great experience at American Furniture Galleries. The main reason I was so happy is because of Esmi Martinez. She spent time with me and really listened to what I wanted. She was able to offer me many options that I loved. I was surprised at the selection that was available there and how many beds they had for young kids. Esmi helped me to narrow down my selection and I was so happy with the bed I purchased. I highly recommend shopping here for your furniture needs and definitely ask for Esmi!

I went to this store by mistake (my son intended that I go to AFW), but I got this store in my search results and went there. I purchased a couch and a love seat. The furniture was too large for the area I had. Now this is totally my fault for not measuring, but this store was not transparent AT ALL with the fact that they do NOT accept returns. I did not realize this and it was an absolute nightmare to get the love seat returned and I was charged like a 30% restocking fee. I was willing to pay, but thought the percentage was extreme. Will never do business with them again. And btw, I saw the exact same couches at AFW for several hundred dollars less.

This is the 2nd time purchasing from Esmi! We didn't feel pushed to purchase and she remembered exactly what we were looking for from our last visit. Our experience has been great! If you do purchase furniture ask for Esmi!
