This is the worst bank, I called and waited to speak to someone about my HOA coupon to be sent to my address and stay over the phone for over an hour and nobody answered.How do make a HOA payment when coupon is not delivered or send out. This has been an issue every year and Vesta Property Services management can’t even resolve this issue or return call back.

Horrible customer service. Wait times are ridiculous 45 min and then I have to hang up because I can’t be all day on the phone. The online portal wasn’t letting me make a HOA payment. I then emailed them, and 1 week later, they told me to just keep trying, that they are just too busy right now. It took me 11 days to finally be able to make a payment. What a joke. DO BETTER.

On hold 50 minutes so far, and earlier for 15 minutes.I tried to leave a voice message and that option wasn’t working.Better to shut off phones and indicate that with your message than have people wait on hold.

I'm sitting on hold to their disgustingly awful hold music going on 25 minutes. This time last year, I got a hold of them with no issues. Please do better. Or at the very least, get less awful hold music.

The online payment pages are absolutely horrendous! Took me more than half an hour to make a simple payment! Unfortunately, I have to use them to pay housing association fees; else, I would not even dream of banking at a place whose online services are so terrible.

This place sucks. Been on hold for over an hour. This is the only bank who can refund my second HOA charge for this month. My management company is only able to start the refund process and then alliance needs to process it which I've been told can take two weeks. I don't have that kind of time to wait for my $310 back. Of course it's always the customer who suffers. Whatever happened to customer always being right? I didn't create this messs.

Horrible service, waited on hold for over 5 hours then phone automatically disconnected!! Hold music horrible, resets every 15 seconds then pauses as if someone is picking up and no one picks up! Whiles on Hold it has no updates as to when the call will be picked up and does not offer a call back option. Do better!!

At this writing, it is 12 Noon. I've been on hold since 11:24 AM. What is especially bad is the play the same 30 second piece of music, stop it, start again -- every 30 seconds!!! It is enough to drive one nuts.

I seem to be running into the same problem as other reviews state. I cannot get through on the phone... I am perma-hold every time. I am going to try to go to their Chandler AZ branch in person to see if anyone actually works there. Will update my review if I have any luck.

Not sure why this bank thinks it’s so special that it should be permitted to charge a “convenience” fee for a one time check payment. If anything, I should be charging them the fee since I am eliminating manual processes and getting them their payment quickly. In all seriousness it’s highly inappropriate to charge a fee like this unless it’s in conjunction with using a credit card. Do better.

Only bank I've had to use that charges transaction fees for using a checking account. I hate that I'm being forced to use there online portal but I don't have a choice.
