This is the worst adidas outlet store in the Phoenix metro area and probably ever. They always claim their systems are down when you need to make a return or exchange and they inconvenience you and leave you stuck with your items that you can’t fit and just want an exchange. I’ve had this happen to me by them multiple times now and They never handle anything themselves they give you a customer service number to call and make you go on a hunt to get resolution with your issue. I’m never coming back to this store and I’m telling those I know to stay away it is not a good store to go to for numerous reasons. Do better Adidas. Do better and keep it fair for your customers.
