Absolutely awful experience with this agents office. I've been overcharged for my auto policy for 5 months, which Adam Gettys office knows about. Adam Getty's office has not been able to fix my billing issue and I continue to get overcharged every month. Folks at this office tell me over and over that their hands are tied and nothing more can be done to rectify the situation.
