They always have what i need, at a higher price than the big stores. I do have a complaint as the 6 employees do ask you multiple times if you need help. Almost to the point of harassing, if i need something ill ask.

Absolutely awesome experience. All of the staff are extremely friendly. Can’t remember if this was his name or not, but shout out to Alfredo! His customer interaction was above and beyond. Do your best to keep that guy employed with you.

I placed order online the older gentleman was nice to me i told him what i was here to pickup he goes to the back and he couldn’t find it he asked are you sure your at the right location i kindly replied yes this is Robert’s ace hardware i told him i have confirmation number to help him out then all of sudden he got rude it says order cant be fulfilled okay no problem i will buy the item i purchased online i will cancel it and buy it he told the other employee im going to paint department im trying to ask what isle is the product i ordered online kept at the other employee told me i bought the item but I’m not going to do any future shopping here

I needed some quick dry graphite lubricant for my garage door that’s been creaking and squeaking and they have exactly what I needed. Always friendly,helpful and extremely knowledgeable to help you find whatever you need ,plumbing ,electrical,mechanical they have it. Thank you Roberts Ace Hardware ?

The first ACE Hardware I delt with in the valley some 25 years ago. It had the best selection of hardware and the best employees. I had closer stores after a few years and changed stores. I had to find an older repair kit last week and could not find it at Lowes, Home Depot or any of my local ACE Hardware stores. So, I went back to Roberts, they had it and still have that great service to help you find what you need.

Went to Robert’s Ace Hardware for some plumbing needs. I was installing a drinking water filter under my sink. I explained to Chris what I was doing and he knew exactly what I needed. One trip and I was set! Got home, installed everything and was good to go! They are always very helpful!
