I have used this AAA branch many times for international license and vehicle registration. The wait time has never been too much, and the staff members are always friendly and helpful. But my recent visit was especially satisfying. The staff came to the entrance to greet me immediately, and he remembered me from my previous interaction. He was professional, friendly, and helpful. He understood my request immediately and took care of it promptly. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I left the branch feeling happy. I will definitely use their services again and again. Thank you!

My mom went on vacation and gave me her AAA card as I was driving her car. I was at a store and couldn't find the keys, so I called AAA. The woman on the phone was so nasty. I told her I couldn't understand her. So she yelled in my ear. My ear still hurts really bad. I told her I said that I can't understand her, not that I couldn't hear her. she hung up on me. AAA is no longer a good company.

Great experience while obtaining my International Driver Permit (IDP). Rick provided prompt and excellent service. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. You can also have your photos taken here.

Needed to add a new car to my current policy. Their mobile app wouldn't work. Drove to the office. They were all nice. They couldn't get the website to work for the longest time. AAA is so difficult to deal with. They need to update theirsystem to be more efficient for their customers.

Customer service has gone down hill, I left my vehicle there for a service engine light and transmission pan drop Saturday on time 10am appointment and not only was it not completed on time cause they claimed they couldn't find the problem but they failed to call back to explain the issue once it was discovered and replaced parts with no customer confirmation or consent to go ahead and replace the part. they just went ahead and changed it and tacked it to my bill. And charged me an extra 187.15 dollars. it supposedly turned out to be a thermostat a 35$ part. But i find that diagnoses suspect seeming as I just replaced this part a month ago and had zero over heating issues. Prior to this service engine light. I installed it myself along with a brand new radiator, hoses and mass airflow sensor. It does not take 2 full 9 hour work days to replace a thermostat nor to diagnose one. That's an hour or 2 labor max. All of this made no sense nor did the techs stay behind to explain it to me,the customer, either, they just left the front desk holding the bag, whom of which couldn't explain anything to me. And the closing front desk was also waiting outside with the door open waiting on me as to hurry up and get out of my ride there quickly, so they could close immediately like I was an inconvenience to them. When I had to scramble to find a way to and from work last minute Monday cause they didn't finish on time in the first place. Then waited until the last second to close to finish my vehicle. The whole experience was just completely unprofessional all around and I do not recommend this location nor will I be returning to it. It didn't used to be this way in the past, I don't know what changed but yea unacceptable especially for the prices we're paying for parts and labor these days. The middle class are being stomped out by inflation and price gouging everywhere.

Great staff and services! If you are a member, you can take advantage of the many DMV services they offer, for the same price and without having to wait on long lines.They also have travel services and home and vehicle insurances at great deals.
