This place was FANTASTIC! It was nice to try on the wonderful clothing from 5.11 and pick the right fit without having to deal with return shipping! The staff was very helpful and even let me know there was a 5.11 store near my home in FL! Next time I am in AZ I will make sure to swing by for more 5.11 gear!

Went in this evening after being recommended by a coworker to grab some shoes.First I would like to say the quality of the product is great.The rest of my experience was not. It was awkward and off putting as soon as I walked in asking about shoes. Isaiah, the young man showing me the shoes disappeared after telling me he might have a size up in the back while I was trying one on. Had to grab another person to go back and grab my size. That person walked away and I had to grab a 3 person to ask additional questions about the shoes.I did see Isaiah again as I was walking my box of shoes to the front after putting everything away. He was walking out holding a Gatorade. Like he had just got done chilling in the back. I almost asked for the sale to go under someone else’s name.The whole whole experience was cold and so awkward I didn’t even realize I had put the size 9.5 shoe in with the 10 shoe. Haha.If I’m spending $170 on shoes or anything. I don’t even need perfect service but some decent service would to great.BTW, I was one of only 2 customers in the store. I would totally get it if they were busy.Sales training or simple customer service training would be a huge help to this location.

This was my second visit to this 5.11 store both times I found pants on clearance in my size and love them. Employee #1985 was exceptionally helpful in answering all my questions and got me checked out quickly! Really appreciated his assistance as he was smiling, happy and kind!Great store!!!

The Chandler location, this place never came close to good service. After high expectations and already loving the other 2 location, I felt like this could be the best.... I was wrong

Friendly staff greets you when you walk in. Helpful as well. Good selection of tactical gear and the store has a great size array. Shoes and shirts and shorts and bags and luggage and everything !

The sales clerk was super nice and helpful. My husband needed a coat for an upcoming trip and he pulled some from the back for him to try on. My husband found exactly what he needed!
