Came in for a simple ear infection. Dr. Was great. However the rest of the staff has no consideration for your time. They are understaffed. I would expect ANY appointment to take > 2 hours with at least 1 hour of you and your pet sitting in a waiting room for someone to ‘come back’. Profits > proper staffing. Seems to be the norm these days. I’d venture elsewhere if I had a choice.

It was an emergency visit. Front desk was great. tech didn't seem dog friendly, almost mean to my dog. Vet was very nice, but the shot made her paranoid, not calm. 400$- I just wanted her out of pain

Great Vets-When is the last time you ever had a Managing Director-Vet call you to follow up on an exam and to review x-rays and the Radiologist report instead of just passing the call onto an employee to call ??? Dr. Mumaw did call and made sure I understood going forward what to do and what to expect to my Cocker Spaniels sore front leg. Thank you Dr. Mumaw.

Very friendly employees. Open off hours for emergency. Located near Warner and Alma School. Your sick pets are in good hands there.

Recently started going to this vet office and have been very satisfied. Our previous vets office was no longer going to see my one cat who is very stressed at the vet therefore can be aggressive. The tech and vet were both willing to work with my cat and offered lots of options. They have a program for stressed cats and specifically trained to handle them. I've now used their regular office and emergency and both are great. Price is comparable to any other vet but service is above and beyond.

Very nice staff but we waited 5 total hours - no exaggeration - and still couldn't get my dog seen. My pup was in terrible pain but "stable". I know there are higher priority cases, but 5+ hrs? Left after 9pm and went to VCA out in Gilbert and was seen immediately.

I'm very happy with 1st Pet. My dog and cat get excellent care. I know that I can find a vet that is closer to my house but I like the idea of a one-stop practice for primary care and emergency care. Dr. Justine Mumaw is the best!

I've been to the emergency vet here on numerous occasions. I went very recently for an end of life situation with my cat, and the staff were all incredibly kind and made a terrible experience better. I appreciated all of them and their warmth, compassion and expertise. Highly recommend.

You don't have the same day appointment for a $100 but if I pay 200 you'll see my dog. What a nice racket

What a wonderful experience we had at 1st Pet Veterinary Services at 1233 W. Warner Road, in Chandler. Dr. Julie Moentk and her team turned our emergency into a challenge we could handle, by calmly and effectively assessing and treating our two cocker spaniels, and us, too! We were cared for kindly and promptly in their clean and comfortable facilities and even received medication onsite. We highly recommend them! There are emergency and regular veterinary care side by side at this address.
