USPS is the worst I have ever dealt with! Had a package delivered to wrong address and they could not have a human to help me! Sad and now it was delivered to the wrong people and won’t get returned to me! A little help would had served it purpose!

The place doesn't take the QR codes, there's no sign stating that they don't do this. Wasted my time waiting in line just to be told that I have to go to a different locationEdit: went back after I printed the shipping label and made sure to look high and low for a sign about the QR codes like the owner mentioned. There wasn't a single one. And believe me I had plenty of time to look while standing in a line going out the door. Maybe instead of spending time commenting on reviews or trying to gaslight people, you can use that time to put up some signs. The only saving grace this store has for it is the single employee working was in good spirits

The one clerk was professional and to the point. No unnecessary chit chat. She was focused on the job therefore she was pumping customers out in a timely manner. Definitely better than the downtown QC PO.

The certified letter I sent on Thursday on September 14th is still in transit on Sunday September 17th and probably won't be delivered till Tuesday. How can I order something on Amazon coming from California be at my door the next day? My letter is only going 30 something miles. I guess you have to pay double or triple to have your letter get there on a reasonable time. I was told delivery would be on Saturday. Not this post office fault, its the system on how its run as a hole.

It was after regular post office hours on a Saturday and I needed to mail a package. This small post office was open until 5:00 pm. I was able to mail the package there.

I didn’t even know this location existed. Shoutout to Nathan! He was able to help me solve my issue I was having using the USPS app. He helped me out on his office computer and we were able to get my prepaid labels ordered. Thanks Nathan.

Nice, laid back location, sadly, they didn't do the one thing I needed them to do, give me correct information. Tried to send a cell phone to my friend in Canada. They took my $20 and mailed it, but it got sent back to me because USPS does not allow items with Lithium Ion batteries to be sent out of the country. This seems like the kind of thing they would have told me when I explained to them (and wrote on the declarations form) what I was trying to do.I get it, this is a small post office that probably doesn't do a lot of international mail, but still, this seems like a basic thing they should have known.

Beware the older blonde female who works here. She is beyond robotic in her thinking. Poor customer service. She shipped my package to the "From" address instead of the "To" address. She was too much of a bot to understand her mistake and to compensate me for it (sending the package to the "To" address). This location is smaller than the main location in QC but not worth your time.

I would give a 0 star review! I paid $33.80 to mail my package to Carrollton Texas. 2 days ago the package showed up at my front door. I took it back to the post office they would not refund my money they told me to go to a normal post office as they cannot make any refunds. Even though it was their mistake and I paid in cash! The label on the package showed $14.80. now I have to go to another post office ask for a refund for a mistake of another store. Horrible customer service.

Worthless bunch has a phone number online that isn't even connected and another that picks up on the first ring, nothing but an answering machine. Supposed to be open on Monday at 8am , yet show up at 9:45am on MONDAY and its CLOSED!
