Just the latest failure for Cave Creek Postal Branch. Not only rude, but now refusing to help locate a package that tracking says they received. Brandon took my phone number, info etc. Said he would speak to manager and someone would call me back with an update. 1 week later no call, no update on tracking as to the location of my time sensitive package. Went to branch a second time, Brandon refused to acknowledge that he failed to do what he promised. Was short with me and told me to contact my point of purchase.

I sell online and sometimes I put packages in my mail box with a sign that says “outgoing”. They always pick up but today it wasn’t. They did come and dropped a few junk mails in the mail box and took the outgoing sign away, but the package stayed in my mail box. Why? Can you please do your job that my tax dollar is paying?

Friendly and Fast employees here. Everything seems clean and getting mail is a breeze. The prices are a better value than other shipping I've used before. We love buying the cool stamps here and picking up our mail.

Are Mail lady is great...on Friday she much of had the day off...and when she not around...we get other people's mail...not even close too the names on our mailbox..and 3 numbers are off from our address..where is our mail going ? Been waiting for mail from the IRS...and SS...maybe this is how someone stole my identity...now I'm having alot of problems with this...not I'm so upset about this...Please fix this...

The guy at the left most service window on 10/4/2021 at about 11:00am was extremely rude and disrespectful. It's no wonder the Postal Service is failing! ZERO STARS!!

My favorite post office. I love seeing all the people from the town here. The employees are always polite and helpful to me. I'm shocked about the other reviews here. I've been going to this location for 14 years and never had a bad experience!

Horrible customer service. The "Head Clerk" (I missed her name) is beyond rude and should not have that position. Time to retire. Making faces. Lazy service. My kids were with me and even they (18/9) wanted to leave and mentioned her attitude. We did nothing. We were polite. Looking to get passports renewed. I would say don't go there to do your renewal but that makes less work for her. Screw it. Make sure you go to this crappy government post office. Make her work. Remember we pay her salary !

Before Christmas I went in and mail the package they had 2 days to get to Minnesota from Arizona the guy here said no problem charged me an extra $60 to get their. I specifically asked him what if it doesn't make it there because that's a lot of money to charge he said come back and will refund your money.Well they failed to do so. It didn't get there until the Day After Christmas. And when I went back to get a refund they laughed at me and said they were going to do anything about it. And even laughed when I said I was going to write this review because they said it wouldn't matter anyway.Its employees like the ones at this particular branch in Cave Creek that give the Post Office a bad name
