I shipped an envelope from this store on a Saturday. By Monday the tracking was still not available, not even stating the label was created. UPS tracking site showed this message: “We could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number.”I called the store and was told they cannot find the shipment and they asked me to come in. Upon coming in the clerk stays “I have it right here and have not shipped it yet.” My trip to the store and frustration could have been avoided if the clerk had looked for the shipment when I initially called. Consideration for customer’s time would be appreciated. Consider proper training for your employees.

Curious if “Big John” was even at the same store?!! We’re there several times a week and always receive excellent customer service. Once again, we’re there today and to no surprise received very polite and prompt service! We later realized we misplaced a UPS tracking number for a very important package dropped off earlier this week. So we called the store and Richard was able to easily retrieve the number and told us the package was delivered yesterday. Thanks again Richard!!

Went to this store today to drop off my amazon packages I have never been treated so So coming to this facility I asked the lady if I can have Six clear u p s shipping labels which are free Because I needed More labels to ship other packages I have to return She would not give them to me. She put up such a battle and said she would only give me 2 Making me have to come back. Her reason for this is that she has to fill out paperwork to order more forms which she has to do anyway.Everyone else in that store has always been polite to me. They thank me for my military service and have always given me labels. This was the owner. She is a KAREN and she Refuses to take my package. She told me never to come back.

I stopped in this morning with my aging mother who got diagnosed with Alzheimer’s over the summer to get some documents notarized. Kris and Megan were so patient and so helpful while we got things signed and taken care of. Even as Mom had to take her time to sign her name, Kris never made us feel rushed or in the way. This transition with my mom has been difficult in so many ways, the kindness shown today truly brought a tear to my eyes. Thank you ladies.

Not friendly. I was told that Amazon will send me an e mail receipt, as the attendant refused to give me proof I dropped the package off to be returned. This is wrong. People need proof the package was actually dropped off. I got attitude from the attendant ??? … unnecessary. Same happened to lady ahead of me with same scenario. I insisted and was reluctantly given the proof of receipt

This place give UPS stores a bad name. Ride up front and completely unhelpful. Every usps store out there will take usps drop offs but here, I was denied. Rude lady said it's because it won't fit through her slot. Come on, we all know it's just a bin under there and you hand off to the post office, "it's just the way we do it here" she says. Won't be going back

Rude employee or owner not sure which. Store is completely empty doing an Amazon return and was chastised for having to search for one of my 4 return codes. Was told 'if it's peak traffic there would be 30 people and I need to be ready' I get that but it was empty and wasn't the case. Also he needlessly chatted unnecessarily with his buddy who picked up about 18 packages and wasn't organized literally before me. If you have the chance, drive a couple of miles farther and go to a different store. You don't need the 'lessons' from their angry amploee/owner.

Two stars because it's convenient. Zero stars for the young man that was behind the counter today. I went in to drop off a box. He was just staring. I said a pleasant good morning and he didn't reply - just stared. I said I guess not. Still no reply. I handed him the box then he finally spoke and asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes. He printed it and handed it to me. Poor, poor example of customer service.
