I don't own animals or live on a farm but my first visit to this store was fun. I not only got an initial greeting but employees frequently asked if they could help me find anything. (I was actually looking for my adult daughter who was avoiding me!). I ended up with some neat Christmas ornaments, a cute birdfeeder to give for Christmas, some low-sugar jerky, and some chicken wrapping paper. They have a lot of neat things, including sturdy clothing, gardening tools and great employees.

I LOVE THIS TRACTOR SUPPLY!! The customer service is over the top good!! I actually called to get some guidance on how to use my app to buy curbside bird food. Lol MELISSA- an amazing employee answered. SHE WAS SO HELPFUL, PATIENT AND KIND! I actually patched my mom in on the call so she could explain to her how to do it in the future. Melissa helped both so us understand the process and how easy it is!!!! When we hung up-I ordered the bird feed- super simple and got a message my order was ready. When I got there-I was greeted by sweet Melissa! And also another darling employee. They asked how they could help me and then quickly assisted me. MELISSA- was so helpful and I learned so much about bird feed! I gathered that she knows a lot about all the products in the store. I couldn't wait to get out in the car and tell my mom everything I learned!! Melissa insisted on carrying out my 40lb bird seed! They all said goodbye and see me next time when I left. This store is always super clean, organized, well stocked and of course-the best customer service!! THANK YOU MELISSA-for going above and beyond! That goes along way with me! Bc of you-I will never go anywhere else!

Ordered a safe for in store pickup. No one asked to verify who I was to make sure the order was picked up by the purchaser or pickup contact. The cashier asked if the safe was mine and I said yes. They put it on the pallet jack and I took it home. Anyone could have came in and picked up my order with this lack of verification. I am definitely going to be calling to make sure they follow online pick-up-in-store procedures for any future online orders as it would be extremely inconvenient for me to make the 25 mile drive and find out they gave my order to same random person. You can do better.

Why would Tractor Supply Co in Cave Creek Move handicap parking spots the farthest away from the main entrance?this is from the ADA WebsiteLocation for Accessible Parking SpacesHandicap-accessible parking spots should be those closest to accessible entrances and exits, both for buildings serviced by the parking lot, as well as the parking facility's own entrances and exits. The purpose of this is to ensure that handicapped drivers/passengers will have ease of access and right-of-way whether they need to enter or exit a parking lot, building, or facility.Assigning handicap-accessible parking slots closest to ramps that lead to entryways and entrance doors is also essential. Barriers that obstruct ease of access should be removed or relocated accordingly.

Cashiers are not very competent. If you buy shavings in bulk you get a 5% discount. I went in in August and my shavings were much cheaper than expected. Now 5 for $20 instead of only 5% off. I asked if this was a permanent new deal, and was told yes, but when I returned in September it was back to the old price and I was told it was only a temporary promotion. Had I known that I would have bought substantially more in August. That cashier cost me hundreds of dollars.

Great helpful employees at this place. I never have to wonder far before I find someone to ask for help. They have great outdoor lounge chairs here that I buy every couple years, and I get my feed supplies here as well. Thank you!

We just went to the vaccination clinic at Tractor Supply. Let’s say they could not handle our Rottweiler- I had to interject since the treatment my female had to endure (muzzling; 2 leashes pulling on her in different directions and you wonder why the dog is not calm) was short of animal abuse. For whatever it is worth - please go to your regular Vet if you can. I was shocked how my dog was treated.

Went to Tractor Supply for the first time . I was looking for outdoor fishing equipment. Asked a lady that works there if they had fishing rods her answer was we got stuff that look like fishing roods. Not sure what she meant by that. My guess she was being sarcastic. ( they don’t carry fishing stuff there which I didn’t know) I still decided to buy couple pieces of outdoor clothing . Went to the register . Paid for my stuff and I’m waiting for paper receipt. Lady at the register tells me if I wan to get a receipt I have to go to customer service which is in the middle back part of the store to get it . I’m at the checkout at the entrance of the store with all stuff packed and ready to go. At that point I didn’t know what to say so I was like can I leave. I was so uncomfortable. They never gave me a receipt for my items I paid for. Not sure if this is normal but your customers deserve better than what I got

Houston & Rambo are AMAZING! He always comes up and asks what I’m getting that day. Even the days I don’t get hay he offers to help with grain. Overall he is deserves a raise and is a amazing asset to Tractor Supply. :) - Amara Denzin

So what started out as a promising place for us to give business to ended up being just like every other corporate disappointment. Our dogs eat a special food...which lead me to calling around our area to see who could come close to the price we were paying elsewhere but too far since we had moved. When I called the store I explained what I was looking for and was told..."not a worry! We price match! Just show us what you paid and we'll match it!" Great!! So for months and months we would go in and buy other things and enjoyed the staff. Then new hires said no we can't use that or do that..(I had a screenshot of what we paid so I could bring it up easily every time). I would explain yes you do this is who and what etc and we would pay and leave the store. We became friendly with the Asst Mgr and the Store Mgr as well and they had previously authorized us to pay how we have been paying. Well not anymore! On January 8th the Asst Mgr says no we can't do that and should never allowed that. Points to the wall behind me and says that's the policy and procedure which I've never been shown before?!?! Which by the way is contradicting to their policy they state online. I expressed we won't be back and will take our business elsewhere if that's how they're going to be AFTER they've already set precedence. I also called their district manager Dusty Pate to discuss because when I called another location they stated a completely different policy and would have been happy to serve us?! He NEVER returned my call. WHAT GIVES Cave Creek?!?! Talking out of both sides is not good for business. If you can get your act together we might be back...but I don't know SO disappointed in them....we thought they were one of the good ones Apparently not.
