I used this shop for copying of plans and other items for real estate. They were always reliable , fairly priced and nice. I had a really bad experience when I was just charged 240 on 80 color copies Thst the last time was about 1.75 each. The current market high is 2 per copy. I asked the owner to mske an adjustment to 2 per copy at which she would still make money as it was a misunderstanding and she refused . Sorry I can't go back and continue to utilize their service. Not because of the price but because compromise is the key to good budiness .

Responsive staff greeted me upon arrival. I was trying to fax something to no avail. After at least a dozen "no response/busy" reports, it was time to try elsewhere. I am not sure if the error was happening on my side or the receivers side. I visited The Print Shop to see if they would have better luck. Katie was great and helpful. Initially the same message was popping up. She said she would continue to try during the day until it was received. She took my mobile number in the event there was an issue. As I left the store, Katie caught my attention to let me know the documents were faxed successfully. Yes! Parking lot available.
