I have been a customer of Salon Mila for over 20 years in various different locations throughout Scottsdale and Phoenix. My husband and I are not regular clients at Salon Mila in Stage Coach Village and cannot think of going any where else. The team there are always welcoming and gracious. We feel like we are at home. Nelli is our nail technician and she is wonderful!!! It's amazing how Salon Mila has been able to keep up their exceptional Customer Service standards in over two decades!

My wife and daughter have been pressuring me to get a facial for months. As a guy I wasn’t interested because first it didn’t sound like fun, and second I didn’t believe that it could ever have any results. I was wrong on both accounts. The experience of getting a facial from Kasey. was amazing, it was so good in fact that I immediately booked my next appointment. Kasey is extremely skillful, and has amazing energy. highly recommend!

Hardly any words can describe our experience at this absolutely beautiful salon! As a lifelong “Aveda Girl,” I was hesitant to try a new salon but it was necessary due to an entire family move from Scottsdale to Cave Creek. These ladies are a “bring you a hot cup of tea” and brilliant conversation kinda folks. My new favorite stylist Stella performed a beautiful miracle on my Texas-sized hair! She listened to my needs and her handiwork and gifts did not go unnoticed. Hair by Stella!! Most of all, they all made my adult special needs daughter feel like a princess! While my hair was “cooking,” Milana took the time to apply a beautiful face of makeup to my daughter. I was floored at her kindness and generosity of spirit. Even the owner, Mila (a gorgeous woman!, took time out to offer a warm welcome and a hug. This is an absolutely stunning salon… but more importantly, the ladies providing services here have the biggest hearts!

Ella D. was beyond amazing! It was my first time at Mika. She gave me the best color I’ve ever had, added a blow drying as a gift, and really respected the fact that I don’t like to talk much when I have my hair done. Ella was wonderful!

Excellent above and beyond experience! My stylist was able to squeeze in a cut, color and manicure...that I was desperate for...even tho I only had an appt for the cut! I apologize for not recalling her name, but I do remember she is originally from Queens, NY! She was amazing! See you next winter when we are back from Minnesota.

had a hair color & highlights with Milana. turned out great and highly recommend her. needed to get hair done as normal stylist was not available. only reason for not 5 stars is because of the price. it was way too high for me to afford. apparently this area has a lot of well to do people who don't see a problem with it. unfortunately, i am not in that category :(
