The Manager on down are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to help you by looking in back for something you want even when the store is packed. By far the best Harbor Freight in the general Phoenix area. I've been to most of them.

Sure glad they finally built a Harbor Freight in the Cave Creek area. It is a very nice store and clean. Most of the tools and accessories I am looking for. The employees are not overly friendly but helpful. Plenty of parking and across from a Home Depot. I like Harbor Freight because they have tools I may only use a couple times, so they are cheap, but they do have some very good tools I have had for several years. Since I own a car restoration shop, this place is very convenient.

Manager Was sending people away. Bummer because this one is closer to my house. manager was rude acting. Also refused to sell people anything if it’s too heavy for her to lift regardless if customer can lift it.

This place is pretty awesome. They did a good job of keeping it small and stocked. It looks bigger on the inside than it does from the outside. Very clean and well staffed.

Dont go there unless you call ahead to verify they have what youre after. Sat in stupid traffic (with crabby kids) for over an hour because their website said item was in stock. Got there and they wony have it till may 17 (2+) weeks. Cluster f.

Great store, have some cool stuff but who ever paved and leveled the parking lot must have been drunk it was wavy and uneven.

This location is very clean and nice inside, and it doesn't smell weird like some other locations I've been in. The assistant manager was really nice and helped us find the item we needed.
