I:ve been a customer here with all three of our sons for over 10 years. Some stylists have been ok and some, like Tashie, are amazing. We enjoy coming here and will continue to come.

I've been a regular at Great Clips, primarily because of the exceptional service provided by Tashie. However, my recent experience was nothing short of a nightmare.
I brought in my 6-year-old son, who has slight autism and has had difficulties with haircuts in the past. Despite his progress over the years, I didn't think it necessary to warn stylist Heather about his condition, as it hadn't been an issue previously. Big mistake.
Heather's demeanor from the start indicated she wasn't keen on dealing with children. Her approach quickly turned aggressive when she instructed my son to put his head down. Instead of patience or understanding, she resorted to yelling, pushing, and condescension. Her behavior towards my son, coupled with her rude tone, left me deeply upset.
To make matters worse, despite my intervention, she proceeded to give him a horrendous haircut – patchy, uneven, and frankly, a mess. We left the salon with my son upset and covered in hair. Thankfully, Tashie was able to salvage the situation the following day.
While Tashie has consistently provided excellent service, Heather's behavior was unacceptable. No child, or anyone for that matter, deserves to be treated with such disrespect. If Heather continues to represent this establishment, it's a disservice to both the customers and the reputation of Great Clips.

Went in for a haircut,lady that was there seemed annoyed as soon as I walked in, and was being rude right away. I didn’t have an account so I made a new one which seemed to piss her off even more. Long story short she ran the clippers through my hair OFF! Had a chunk of skin and hair come out and was bleeding and she said it was MY fault! Would not bring your kids here, I have always had a good experience at great clips but will not be going to them anymore. This was the one in Cave Creek. Ended up paying for it and leaving still covered in hair and blood

I got both my daughter’s hair cut here this weekend and their cuts were so good! My younger one I took to another place and they ruined it and I had such a great experience with great clips the day prior that I brought my little one to them to fix it and the woman who helped us knocked it out of the park. My kiddos both look great! I will definitely return to this location.

This great clips is just awful. I've had multiple haircuts by multiple "stylists" at this location and they've all been bad. Not mediocre, not "eh it's okay". Bad. As in, I've had to come home or go elsewhere to get it fixed. Yes, it's my own fault. Fool me once, twice, you get the point. Yesterday I left and as I'm driving home I noticed clumps of hair on my face that weren't blown off. Then after I get home I look more closely in the mirror and I have 2 ridges running down my head where she did not cross check, even after I asked her to. She also missed the hair by my left temple completely. I had to cut it in about 1/2 an inch and take about 3/4 of an inch off. Great Clips needs to remember their place in the haircut business. You are a place for cheap, decent haircuts. You're not a top quality salon. You're not a barber shop with trained and certified barbers. So $19 for a haircut that is worse than the $7.99 haircuts you used to give 2 years ago is unacceptable. I'll spend an extra $11 and go to a real barber shop and save myself 20 minutes of fixing my hair that your stylist couldn't get right...

Used to be good, now just young, inexperienced butchers. Will not be returning. So I need 85 characters to post this review. All I can add is some advice. Go somewhere else for a decent haircut. It's a shame, because I went here for many years.
