This place disappointed me so much today. I choose to go to this salon for almost over a year faithfully going once sometimes even twice a month becoming what I thought was a loyal customer. Today I went in because my nail and toe had chipped from me moving (not the salons fault) I go into this shop two days after just getting my services to get my nail & toe repair. Instantly I'm met with an attitude because I guess my service isn't "good money" now my money isn't good enough lol. Proceeds to tell me it will be an HOUR wait remind you they have more techs than customers in the salon at this point so I know that was BS then she has someone fix my toes my eyebrows all of which I already expected to pay for when I ask can I get my nail fixed like I asked she has the nerve to tell me come back in an hour ! For one nail ! Even the nail tech knew that was wrong and tried to help me by doing my nail ! I walked out. This place does not value their customers. They won't see my money again ! Steven you are great the only reason I kept going

Upon referral from a friend, I started getting my pedicures with Andy at the above. Arriving for 3 different appointments, there was no Andy. In my April appointment, I was given Tim, as again there was no Andy. At the last minute (unfortunately) I decided to get a manicure. Now I have fungus of my finger nails which may take a year or more to heal. If you value your health and well being, I would definitely seek your mani/pedi elsewhere.

My wife made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure but walked into blank stares. Seemed like she was an inconvenience. Two people worked on her as fast as possible to get her out even though there was only one other person there. After she asked that they redo one of her nails, they started talking in their own language, obviously complaining about her. They messed another nail up, and she didn't feel comfortable asking for it to be fixed. The only other customer that was there was there before my wife got there and was there after she left. I guess a gift card for Christmas only gets you an express car wash here. Not recommended. Must need to be a regular for them to care.

My mom brought me here for my birthday for pedicures for both of us. While both sets of nails turned out great, the quality of service was frustrating. We ordered the same pedicure service and throughout the whole thing, my mom's experience was continuously subpar to mine. I asked a couple times why hers was going so fast and didnt get a response or a change in pace. We walked out frustrated and feeling that "maybe you just have to be a regular". It was disappointing.

I wanted to like this place so bad. Good customer service. Within 2 days of my gel manicure, my entire nails were lifting and coming apart. The pictures are what my nails looked like within 48 hours of them being done. I was shocked, came back, they fixed it. I took it as a weird situation, life happens. We went again, my mom had the exact same problem and the nails were not fully set as they were rushing. We won't be returning.

Came to have a mother daughter Pedicure that we had a reservation for and my daughters pedicure started right away, her pedicure had been going for 30 minutes and a man rushed up and gave me a 10 minute pedicure!
I was not expecting the drive-through service
Not to mention he kept hurting my feet since he was rushing. So much for a special birthday with my daughter

LOVE this place!! I have searched for a long time for a place that I'm happy with! Quincy is my girl and is so talented! Always up for doing my crazy ideas. The salon is clean, cute and stylish! Newly renovated! I would highly recommend!
