Not customer service oriented! Booked pick up 3 days early. Needed to pick up a half an hour earlier. After many conversations couldn't do and wasn't willing to help. However I can pick up after...

The floral department at Tatum and Cave Creek is the best! Beautifully crafted flower arrangements for a decent price. Every time we order, they deliver more than we expected! Thank you!!

Seriously, the entire deli is closed at 4:30p on a Wednesday? And no pre-packages cheeses available either. A guy's gotta have his cheese. Hmmm??

Decent frys store, the middle aisles are stocked, the problem is with the deli, butcher etc, they are NOT staffed. Its hit/miss if you want those items. 4pm the deli is closed on a Wednesday. This is a problem if you are trying to get items for dinner. This location does have cashiers, no can do self check with $150 worth of items. They are pretty good about pre-orders for drive up. I've found a number of items on clearance so its worth it to walk the aisles. I don't understand the issues with staffing the deli/bakery/starbucks/butcher counter. Would be 4 stars but can't get deli for dinner, this is a problem

Store has gotten somewhat better with the employees being friendlier accept for the ones shopping for online customers, I assume that's what they do. I've run across a few who will squeeze their big carts right in front of the shelf you're looking at and sometimes even park it blocking you. Guess online customers come first. All the self checkout lanes seem to have lessened the cashier lanes. I've been there on Saturday with huge lines and 2 cashiers max. Self checkout is fine if you have a few things but with a cart full it's a hassle.

I like shopping here and have shopped at this Fry's or another one near where I used to live for over 22 years. I am glad that a 2nd grocery store was added to this intersection as it brings competition. Since the other store offers fuel rewards we do the bulk of our shopping there and still head out to this place for things we can't find at the other place.

Not a fan of this location, since I work at Frys! Lady of the cheese who works nights, can't smell the cheese because she does not have a sense of smell. Some have covid too.

So cheap during rush hour they have dozens of people waiting for 2 cashiers. Standing in line took over 20 minutes

Fry's Food Store at Cave Creek and Tatum has terrific customer service! When part of my order went missing, they helped me out, no questions asked. I have shopped at this store for years, but never needed any assistance with lost groceries. Thanks for being so understanding and accommodating. Your service is truly appreciated.

I had to write this review after the AMAZING customer service Tony provided me this evening. I was under the impression the store closed at 11 PM and showed up at 10:20 PM. Tony was helping another customer and I opened the door manually. Instead of telling me they're closed, Tony kindly said to "be efficient- they've been closed but I'll take care of you" Simply amazing!! I never write reviews but Tony is fantastic and I truly appreciate the customer service you showed me this evening!!!

The staff is friendly and helpful but they are WAY understaffed! Especially if you go later in the afternoon! Even self checkout is overcrowded.

Senior day at Fry's. Once a month, Fry's has a special shopping day for seniors 55 years old and better. It is a good deal to stock up that day and get groceries. No crowds or lines because we went super early. Took about 35 minutes for a few weeks of supplies l.

Hey Fry's if you are going to post mandatory mask signs you need to enforce the policy. While at your store this evening I observed 3 guys in there 20's walking around the store without masks. I watch them in several sections of the store touching the food while other Fry's employees were in the area. I spoke to an associate and she contacted the manager Diane who then did not respond. I asked to speak to the manager Diane who then told me that couldn't do anything and then walked away. I feel like Diane did not care about the customers or their safety. Possibly it's time to find managers who care about their responsibilities and customers. Not sure I will be back.

On December I, I purchased 2 bottles of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay as it was advertised in the store with a giant sign reading $8.50 in foot high bold letters. Unfortunately, the register rang up $10.99!! as the sale price was not in Fry's computer. The manager was unaware and unapologetic when I had to demand a refund. Yes, I was very loud as this was not the first time this happened to me! A few months ago, Frys advertised 25% off all wines. At the register. the discount was not applied as it was not in the computer and the cashier had to discount 6 bottles individually. Buyer Beware! Check Frys' prices if you do not want to be cheated!!!
