Fry's always delivers top-notch service and quality. Special shoutout to Rania, the produce leader, for consistently keeping the freshest produce in stock!

just dont. went friday at 6pm, thought it was great, store was quiet, no screaming kids, was able to get items quickly. then i see someones 'pet' playing the role of a service dog, you dont need to PULL your service dog to behave, you dont need to PICK UP your service dog becuase its causing a runkus. then at check out, i thought i had everything in my cart, its 115 degrees outside, its hot in the store. I get home and I'm missing at least one bag. I call the store, NO ONE KNOWS.. I call customer service, they want to give me a case number so i can go back to the store- are you kidding me- did i mention its 115 degrees. Surely there is a way to see what's left behind and issue a credit to my bank. Its 2024, things should not be this difficult. I'm NOT going back for $10 of kids gatorade/snapple/arizona tea. I'll just get it on my next trip. also get more cashiers, i refuse to use self check (although maybe i would get all my items that way?) Store is close to the public library, easy to do a couple errands at once, probably worth the drive over to thompson peak from now on.

Conner that was at customer service around 8.30 on 6/28/24 is literally amazing. I dropped my baby shower cake and he helped me find a quick replacement. Note to the Fry’s big bosses, give him a raise

The store is slow at 8:30PM, but the worst time to go shopping because the clueless night crew is on. Michael in the gray shirt was extremely rude. Asked him for a simple price match with the app and he refused, whining about getting a manager. Then the manager comes over and accuses me of not knowing how to use the app for a digital coupon and rips my phone from my hands! Warning to fellow customers, if you have any issues with your Fry’s app they will blame you like it’s coming out of their paycheck to price match a simple item! Beware!

This is my go to spot. They usually have everything stocked and fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a very busy store and you could never tell. After years of going to this exact store, it's still 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

This is a great Fry’s location, inside they have small extras like the cheese stand , Starbucks , and the bistro. Fry’s meat department has always been a trustworthy source in my book. Customer service is excellent, all staff are well kept and professional. Unlike Walmart, when you have trouble finding something or the lines are long the staff is always there to help.

The no pets in carts policy is never enforced. This is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. I don't want dog poop from their dirty behind and pee and dog hair all over my grocery cart where babies sit and have that unsanitary leave-behinds transferring to my groceries.Last month, one employee was even petting a dog that was in the child part of a cart. This is just unsanitary and the employees should be asking the customers to leave their pets at home or take them out of the cart instead of encouraging them to bring their shedding pets to the store.I have a severe dog allergy and I used to be able to live life without being surrounded by everybody's dogs. But at the grocery store? Itchy AND Gross! It wouldn't be tolerated if someone was spreading peanut butter all over the child seat in a grocery cart so why is it okay for dogs to be there? Please train your employees to ask customers to take dogs out of carts! A seeing eye dog or emotional support dog should NEVER sit in the cart. I always say something to customers with dogs in the cart. I tell them how unsanitary it is but they just ignore me because the checkout lady will justify their actions and pet their dog and then scan and bag my groceries. Absolutely disgusting.
