Dr K showed us so much compassion when we had to say goodbye to our cat in 2018. We now have a cat with kidney disease. He is the only Dr there who explained in detail what to expect and what our options were. I would suggest the younger Dr's learn how to have more of an empathetic bedside manner. We will not see anyone besides him.

We love Dr K! - So knowledgeable on reptiles. He has helped us with and seen our tortoises for years. The staff is also always so caring and helpful too :) Highly recommend!

*2024 Update to say that once again, Dr. K has saved the day when I needed advice on my sick snake. If you are looking for a vet for your exotics; from a snake that's not eating, to a pre-hibernation checkup for your tortoise, there really is no other choice in the Phoenix Metro.*
We are lucky to have such an expert herpetological vet in the Valley. If you bring your pet to Dr. K., not only will you get exceptional advice, but you will learn how your pet might have gotten sick, and what simple measures you can take to keep it from happening again. You can tell he really loves his work, and cares about animals and people. Hands down, Dr. K is the only person I will bring my reptiles to. He is worth the drive from anywhere in the state.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS ENTIRE DOVE VALLEY ANIMAL HOUSE DR K AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF MY 16 YEAR OLD COCKER SPANIELDAKOTA NEEDED TO HAVE HER TEETH PULLED (20) AND DR. K DID A REMARKALBE JOB WITH COMPASSION AND PRECISION TO HELP HER AND I LOVE HIM AND THE ENTIRE STAFF FOR THEIR GOODNESS AND KIND MANNER IN WHICH DAKOTA AND I WERE TREATED THEY ARE ACES AND WORTH 10 STAFS LOVE YOU ALL THANKXXX Dr. K!

We recently had to bring our little dog over to Dove Valley and say goodbye to her after 12 years of bringing craziness and joy to our household. Although it was not an enjoyable time at all, they were able to get us in immediately as it was something we ended up needing to do sooner than we had hoped. Everyone there was so patient and kind and took such good care of her for her last few moments. I know that part of working at a Vet must be a very hard time for all and I am thankful for the way they handled everything. A few days later we received a very kind sympathy card that they all hand signed and wrote a little note which was a very unexpected and kind. Thank you to the entire staff. It is very much appreciated.

Vet tech Jenny was awesome! And the vet too. Both really went above and beyond for me. Very, very honest. I wasn’t being sold anything. 100% focused on making my pup comfortable and making sure all of my questions were answered. Jenny’s humor and grace was a blessing, making me feel very human and my pup also- feel very human. This is the treatment my pup gets at home so it’s really nice to see it continued into the office. I’m having a difficult time remembering the Doctors name, which is a shame because she was so amazing. I often worry about leaving my pups in someone else’s care, and even though this visit didn’t call for that, I would leave both of my pups in their care any day. Both were very personable and trustworthy. I have yet to encounter a vet and tech with this level of patient care. I manage (human) providers in my day job and I wish I could send them to this practice to take some notes! Top notch care, where you and your pet are not just a number. Really spent the time being personal and admire their commitment to care. Jenny and doc deserve a raise! At least a kudos…some recognition… really- very impressed by them. Please feel free to contact me as I cannot rave about them to the level they deserve through this written review.

In my lifetime I have owned numerous animals and have seen numerous veterinarians, Without a doubt Dr. Kiedrowski is at the top of my list. He is very informative and truly cares about the well-being of your pet. I highly recommend him to everyone that reads this.
