Horrible experience!Took to him three stud airings that that I bought from Marshall’s to show him exactly what I was looking for. Supposedly he was writing everything down as l gave him 17+ 24 karat gold of jewelry. He told me l only put down two on the envelope and refuse to honor his word. Furthermore the erring were so tiny not what I was promised nor expected. I also requested that he put a good tight screw on backs to make sure they stayed on because I wanted to keep them on at all times. He told they would and I actually ended up losing one of them.Very disappointed.

Paid hundreds of dollars to have David replace the prongs on my diamond wedding ring so it wouldn't fall out. It was his recommendation, I just took it in to get resized and he talked us into new prongs. He did shoddy sauntering work as you can see in my photo. The ring fell off the base with prongs in tact!!! Only a few months later!! Luckily I was at home on tile to hear it and not out somewhere. I wasn't doing anything, just walking. He also doesn't accept credit cards, cash only. I'm starting to think now it's due to you can't do a charge back because he's aware of the quality of his work. We're taking our business elsewhere instead of pushing him to warranty his work, we just don't trust him.

David is amazing! Just went because I broke my necklace I wanted to wear on my birthday today! We had no idea that he doesn't take card, so we only had $4 on hand. While he listed it as $5 he took our $4 and said not to worry about it. We also gave him an additonal necklace and said we would go get cash and come back and he said also not to worry about it. The woman in the front was also extremely nice and friendly! The three little dogs were so cute and welcoming! Such a great place! I will be coming here for any and all future jewlery fixes!

Does a good job, but when you are speaking with him and another person walks in, he speakes with them too! Same time its bizzare. Hes done this devearl times.
