I've never been treated so poorly, and urge the community to support competing stations that value their customers.

I filled up my tank and purchased a $12 platinum car wash. Turns out the car wash was out of order. I go inside for a refund as I'm leaving town early the next day. The two employees tell me there's nothing they can do because the manager isn't there. They can't refund me, they can't give me $12 of products, or come up with any solution, but I just have to come back in the morning when the manager is here. The male, who keeps calling me "bro", guarantees there will be a manager there from 4am-2pm. The two employees are changing shifts, performing tasks, and they don't even do me the courtesy of looking me in the eye. The lady is especially rude. I ask if these are really the facts, that there's no creative solution to this problem. Very sarcastically she says "Yeah, we know you're angry, that's how it is".

I called the listed number but it doesn't work.
7:08am I'm at the store and ask the only employee if he's the manager. He says no and there won't be one there until tomorrow, says there's nothing he can do. He's getting angry with me by the way. I ask him for the store phone number, he says there is none. Their wash is still inoperable mind you. I'm fed up so I walked out. I'll be taking it up other channels since there's no way to even contact the gas station and I live out of state.

Sunday afternoon shift refused to refill propane. Barrel shaped little man behind the register was having a bad day…. Couldn’t manage a check out line, became flustered rude and incapable of communication. If he could he’d probably blame the management for his life choices too.

They have fuel so they get one star. Subpar carwash with ridiculously placed curb to scratch your rims, you would be lucky to walk in and be greeted with a smile or there be a person behind the counter, and finally if your a business and want to get your receipt at the pump and get out of there, forget it...you're going inside and trust me, it's never quick service. Can't believe anyone goes here...based on the area, very unimpressed to say the least.

My vehicle was damaged severely on July 23rd around 3:30pm. A lot of scratches and a deep scratch in the front fender also a lot of dings and dents on the drivers side. I noticed when I got home and immediately went back to the station. I took pictures inside of the car wash. A lot of broken parts in the car wash. I told the person at the counter to put a sign up that the car wash was in op. I didn't want anyone else to have any issues with car damages.I spoke with the manager Mariam the next day. She said she would call me later she was to busy. Never called me back. I went back the next day to show her the damages. She said she had no time to look at the damages. She also said there was no way my car can be damaged from the car wash.Mariam was very unprofessional.I'm thank full I took pictures of the inside of the car wash and showed her the car wash malfunctioned.Before speaking with the manager Mariam I immediately went back into the car wash and saw that they had fixed the car wash. So I have the evidence that the car wash had dangling parts that caused scratches and dents to my vehicle. I showed her the pictures and she had me email them to her. I have heard nothing. I'm trying to file a claim with there insurance company. I've asked for Insurance info. I haven't gotten a response back from her. I also communicated this incident to the corporate office. They did send a letter to owners and I'm still waiting for a response back. It looks like the The car wash at the Chevron Station 5439 E Carefree is not maintained. Go at your own risk.

My Vehicle was damaged by the car wash at this location on July 25th at appx 230pm, I have left messages, emailed Corportate and have had it documented with staff at this location. Please contact me directly to amicably resolve this matter.

I am extremely confused how a business can stay open with such bad service. I went in yesterday for gas but they were out of everything but regular. Amazing for a gas station. Used the car wash and the brushes didn't work and the dryer was horrendous. I want a refund!!

Use their car wash this morning and my vehicle was too wide and it caught on my wheel didn't do any damage to my jeep nor the car wash Jennifer was awesome and even found another 4 sons down on carefree highway for me to go see if my vehicle fit through theirs where very honorable

The windshield cleaner and paper towels were actually where they should be. You can get fresh, very good tasting pizza here.

Place seems clean, but I've been here 3 times in the last 7 days and not once have they had soap in the men's restroom. Do the employees bring their own soap in with them?Update, month later, still no soap. What is going on here?

This store has come so far these past few weeks, looking better and better everyday! Also the new overnight person Joel is very efficient and pleasant!!! ?
