I made an online reservation a couple days in advance of our appt. That same day I received a call from Stephan with Chase. He was the rep our appt was booked with in the next 2 hrs. He informed me, he was not a notary (which I needed and requested) and would not be able to fulfill the request. He was very apologetic! Instead of just hanging up and not taking responsibility; he provided info to the next closes branch. In addition he called them on my behave to see if they had an appt available. They did not but Stephan did offer to reschedule me which unfortunately did not work for my timeframe. He then again offered another solution.Which did workout.THANK YOU for working to find a solution and not just shrugging it off as if it wasn't your problem. (Hope that makes sense:)U R a Rockstar!

Customer service is horrible you call because you have fraudulent debits on your account. They make you go through the entire automated system and then they don’t answer the phone and tell you to call back later. Unbelievable.!!!

Only Chase I have ever known that makes you give your personal ID in order to get change for a business that you work for. And I've been to many chases with the company deposit slip and no one has ever done that before

The manager Carmen and her team make up by far, the best branch in the valley! So friendly and willing to go above and beyond their assigned responsibilities to ensure we have a great client experience! The Tatum / Dynamite chase bank will always have my business!

Ha ha, I remember that older lady that worked there. She was awful. Absolutely arrogant and rude and should have been fired long ago. That said, she has been gone for about a year now I believe. The management is really great and I've been going to this location for about 10 years now and 9 out of 10 times I have a good experience. Especially as of lately - the staff has been very helpful. Really on the ball these days. Good to see things turn around.

Branch alone isn't bad. The Atm machines are a joke, they hardly work and when they do they eat your money. Then you have to call chase for them to fix the issue. Annoying! The drive thru atm is the sameway and you can barely squeeze a car in their. When you do, you end up curbing your rims when you leave. Just over dislike this location.

Probably the worst chase I have ever been too. Waited 30 minutes for them to tell me I need a appt to meet with a banker before close. All two bankers and tellers saw me but didn't mention that to me until 30 mins after waiting there.

I have nothing but praise for this branch and its employees. We have dealt with many situations, from business accounts, mortgages and other personal transactions. Very professional.
