Chase bank and Peter Suarez are absolutely AMAZING! A big shout out to Peter for being the best of the best! We just recently moved to Arizona from Kansas. I have always loved my bank in Kansas which I have had for 30 years. I was reluctant to make a change but knew I had to open a local account. We went to Chase bank in Cave Creek (right by our house). We were set up with Peter Suarez. He is a God send for sure. He opened up a new account for me and immediately put my mind at ease. He explained everything to me, got me all set up and even did a follow up call the next day. He is super smart and excellent at every aspect of his job! He got all of my paper work together and of course gave me his info incase we had any questions. He has excellent customer service skills combined with his understanding of banking. I knew we were in the best of hands. We have had our accounts with him for 3 months now and we couldn’t be happier. Everything is so simple and easy. I am so pleased and grateful for Peter and Chase bank. I feel like he could be running the entire show.... he is that intelligent! He looks the part and is the part! Thanks Peter for the excellent service! We will always be with Chase BC of you!

have had several immediate issues that needed takingcare of in an Urgent manner! Kim has been a God sendto me in this regard. The issues I have had have beenno short of difficulty. As far as the care and attentionshe has devoted to each and everyone of these issues isabove and beyond. I am a business owner and havedone business with chase for over 16 years. I can say Ina world that is no longer customer service friendly, shenever fails to renew my faith. I would highlyrecommend this branch for all of your service needs. If Icould take her on as a member on my board I would.She deserves a plaque made of platinum. Im not theeasiest person to deal with as I have the "everythingnow" mentality. Kim keeps me loyal to Chase Bank dueto her skill set and mannerisms. She maintains a calmdisposition and never makes me feel like the impossibleis impossible. I have to say, she did not start out as mybusiness banker but seeing her in action makes mewish I could have. Customer service and attentivenessare extremely important to me. She exudes knowledgeof this and demonstrates it in her performance. I amBLOWN away in all aspects. There are not many I trustin dealing with my personal nor business matters. But Ialways feel 100 percent confidence in Kim. She isexceptionally exceptional. I have been trying for 3 weeks now to open an account. I've been in person and tried to make an appointment. Nothing works. Sad that I still want an account.

This particular branch, in my opinion, is awful. In my experience, they have been more difficult to deal with for basic transactions than every other branch I have dealt with.

Friendly masked staff. We visit once a month for a billing. My husband Still has one account there. Otherwise we bank elsewhere. Small parking lot there and drive through as well.

Nice new clean location! I love the ATM has higher limits and with covid, I don't need to interact with a teller. My mortgage with Chase was handle all over the phone and email.
