Wish I could do negative stars!! BUYER BEWARE.....stick to Ariat direct or Boot Barn. There you will receive way better selections, without the massive mark up and receive quality customer service, unlike this nasty rip off store. No return policy even with receipt, tags on, still in box and wrapped in paper! A joke and they should be ashamed of themselves. Never ever again will I step foot in this store. Good thing I just cancelled the purchase on my credit card since they refuse to contact me.

Great selection. Many exotic leathers. Custom made boots. Lucchese, Black Jack, Tony Lama, R Watson and more. Knowledgable, friendly staff. No pressure sales. Really a top notch place.

Price Gouging! Not all Cowboys are ethical. I went in and purchased 3 men's shirts for a total of $265.02. Minutes later, at home, I went online, just to double-check the prices. Now, I'm okay with businesses making a profit, but there's a limit. One shirt priced at $94.99 in this store, I found at the Ariat home page for $23.58 - $25.58 (see photo). Another shirt, priced at $99.99 I found on the Ariat site for $32.47. The third shirt, originally priced at $94.99 was "half-off" which ended up being a "reasonable" $47.50. 30 minutes after leaving the store (and checking these prices) I returned only to find out THEY ONLY GIVE STORE CREDIT. I gave them an opportunity to do the right thing and simply refund my purchase...but they declined. So. AVOID. Support ETHICAL businesses!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Ridiculous markups on prices. Paid 330$ for boots where everywhere else they are 200$ Unfortunately found this out after the fact and they dont have a return policy and only store credit even if you havent worn the item. They only care about 1 time sale. They wont be getting my business anymore.The staff said that the owner wont care to call me about the issue. What customer service. Hate that I gave this place my business and feel sick that I overspent for something that I could have given to money to someone that cares for there customers.You have been warned!

Best high end western store I’ve come across! Such unique one of a kind pieces! I purchased a DDR shirt I’m so happy I did along with a cowboy hat. I totally recommend giving this store a visit. Great people in there too, they are all very friendly and helpful and kind! Loved my experience here!

Some items have up to a 200 dollar mark up. Go to this store and just check out the items and see what looks good then find the product on Amazon or the makers site.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Super authentic cowboy clothing. Prices are SIGNIFICANTLY higher than retail. Brand name Ariat boots that retail for $229 and on-sale on the Ariat site for $169 were $299. To add insult to injury, they do not provide refunds with full receipts--only store credit. Can you believe this, in this day and age. BS.
