After reading the reviews, I had fears pulling up to this place. But everyone was nice and helpful. Help me unload everything. They're mostly young guys working there. Teenagers mostly, so maybe that's where some people have experienced "not great" customer service, but it was fine for me.

I went to this location Wednesday (October 15)…15minutes before closing on my way there I saw one they were dancing talking and laughing. The red curly hair kid saw me quickly they hide. I parked my car waiting if somebody will come out no one so I walk inside calling “Hello!…Hello!…no answer so I grabbed the cart and finally one guy came out the one with eye glasses says what can I help you. I said I am dropping donations not even to come out so I decided to load myself. Both didn’t help me. Well, they’re so many donations centers I can drop off my good stuffs and donations check I sent every month I will take it somewhere more deserving.Goodwill is good company but bad trainings of employees destroyed the organization.

The prices are ridiculous for USED items. They want $7 for a used t-shirt, you can get it at Walmart new for $5.

It was time to purge again. I had a bag of goodies to donate. I went to their office and staff directed me to their drop box about 500' away. They had not had a chance to put their donation bin outside yet. No problem, I can do that. Two huge drop boxes to donate into. The deed was done and off to my next stop.

I have been shopping at goodwill for many years. I was always able to find decent clothes here for really good prices but as of late I have noticed that the prices have tripled in the past year.Is the goodwill still a non profit? Isn't it here to help the less fortunate......

We were up in Carefree just getting out of the house and I found some plants to buy in a nursery near Carefree. I love goodwill for my planters because you can find some really usual things to plant your plants in. This Goodwill was great. lots of choices and lots of books that I also always get when I go to Goodwill. I left feeling like a happy camper.
