Don't think I will be going back here. Checked in online. Arrived was greeted then told it's a est. 14 min wait. Ok I understand a wait. The problem lied when I had waited 30 mins and a guy comes in to get a touch up done. Take him in even though I had checked in 30 minutes ago and was only supposed to be a est. 14 min wait...My question is why have a check in and a list of order, but yet take the first person who needs a touch up that had a hair cut the week before? Doesn't make sense to me nor good for business..

The stylist Lilly was fantastic. I got my haircut exactly as I ask.She was very sweet. She took the 9$ coupon from Facebook I had it emailed to me several days before I went in. This shop only takes walk ins and was very fast. I waited about 15 minutes nothing for the job she did. There were a lot of people there and a lot of beauticians working.

It is what you would expect at Great Clips. I flat ironed my hair before going to Great Clips (because it's naturally curly and gets curly when wet) and she dry cut it to get the edges exact. I showed her an image of the Bob Cut I wanted and she was able to make it happen. Then I paid (you can add your tip on your card if you don't have cash) and that was it. I believe her name was Lyla and she was very efficient and proficient at her position. Thank you for a great haircut! The photos are me after the haircut.

I had Lily for the first time and she is awesome. She listened and to want I like and went up and beyond to make my cut just perfect. She is pleasant and personable. Great asset to Great Clips.I will visit her again.

Always am greeted, inform me of a wait time.I usually check in, but got there at opening time , so the wait was less then 10 minutes.My salonist was helpful in trimming my eyebrows too.
