Trying to get my medications has been a hassle. One i've been out of for so long I have forgot how long it been.So far been getting a off brand variant of the medicine. The issue with this one is my doctor gives me 90 count pills and yet Walgreens loves to change it to 30 count, change the dosage and add to it no refills. My insurance says I have 2 refills but bottle says none.Plus more recently two weeks ago I had eye surgery.Doctor gave prescription for eye drops I am to take for 4 weeksI am going into week 3 and so far luckily the eye drops are lastingThing is doctor knows I will need refill on the eye drops.I doctor even sent over a new prescription for the eye drops.Walgreens claims not in the system. I need talk to my insurance and doctor to over write their system.I have already talked to them.Even manager was rude to me.This Walgreens needs to be audited. They don't deserve my money!

This store is convenient to the medical offices nearby. They are the only Walgreens in town currently that has the pharmacy open on the weekends. This town is hurting for pharmacists, so we were disappointed not to be able to fill our prescription on a Saturday. The store was clean and staff were helpful. And they allowed the Girl Scouts to sell cookies out front. Score!

We just had a late night prescription fill, and we were lucky enough to get Adam to help us. He went above and beyond and got us a great discount on the medication since it was not covered by our insurance. We really do appreciate the level of service he gave us and we would highly recommend Adam in the pharmacy at this Walgreens!

I find the Andrea and Chelsea are by far the friendliest and helpfulest Pharmacy Technicians there.

We stayed down in Casa (a town that is filled with snowbirds) for four months at a vacation rental and after four months of picking up prescriptions here with no issue the clerk and pharmacist reprimanded me for not having a local address. I do not enjoy being treated like I'm a criminal when I pick up my RX that my doctor prescribed for me. Absolute garbage customer service, When I move to my new house out of state I'll be switching companies, you don't deserve my money.

Like I said about circle k.. it's Walgreens. Most of the time they provide great customer service at this location. Other times not so much. That is why I gave them a 4 star rating.

Rude, inconsiderate, does not care for the well being of the customers health. Several times not able to get my medication. Was on back order. Three days later had to go to another Walgreens to get my medication in time prior to day needed to take. I dislike the phone system prompts constantly routing around not able to assist to get new prescription filled submitted to their location by doctor's office. Finally able to speak directly to the pharmacy. That is where the Rudeness Begins. Not the Technicians so much as the pharmacist. I understand they are busy but a little courteous goes a long way!!! Iowa is a much friendly, courteous and caring state. Not sure warmer weather vs snow storm is worth the time in Arizona!!!!

The store is great but the pharmacy is horrible. After using this pharmacy for over 20 years for me and my children, I transfered all our prescriptions to Fry's Pharmacy where I'm spoken to with respect and listened to with care and I haven't been given the run around about my insurance not covering my medications and not be allowed to pay cash for it, causing me to run out of my psych meds and go into withdrawals.

Thus was my pharmacy of choice until earlier this year. The pharmacy hours changed to 10 am-6 pm, MaD, and closed Sat/Sun. Well, since I don’t Greg’s k to my car after work until 6 pm, t has zero access to the pharmacy 7 days/week. My solution?? I went to Walmart Pharmacy; and found they are open M-F, 10-9 pm and Sat/Sun. Till 6 pm. There are always 3 lines open aFast service and exceptionally friendly pharmacy techs …. None of which o received at Walgreens. They say everything happens for a reason … I couldn’t be Happier???

To be a health service, they work extremely slowly. They have not been taught that this is a service that must be fast. They stop to talk and are not interested in the client. 1 hour to pick up medicine for a throat infection.

Went to walgreens pharmacy to talk to the pharmacist about a prescription I had a question about. This guy was great. Came out and answered all my question so I can understand everything. Really appreciate it. Also everyone behind the counter are really helpful and friendly.

Was waiting my turn in the drive thru lane 2, and they skipped my turn and continued vehicles after me in lane 1.
