I've been in to pick up a prescription several times this week. There are 6 or 7 folks in there working but they just stare at computers and say they'll be right with you. 30 minutes later, they're still saying the same thing. Still don't have my medicine. Going somewhere else, won't be back

I don’t know if it’s necessarily an issue with this Walgreens or just their system. The hospital sent prescriptions here instead of the one I prefer in the promenade since I was admitted on a weekend. The prescriptions were ready before I was discharged. This location was not convenient to swing by when getting brought home from the hospital in Mesa so I paid extra to get same day delivery instead of pick up. Now almost 24 hours after placing that order I still don’t have my prescription. When I called they told me they use uber for delivery and would call them to try to get them to bring it today. So why did I pay for same day? At this point I probably don’t even need this medication anymore since it was for nausea following a procedure.

I feel really comfortable going to Walgreens. No matter what time of day.

This pharmacy is beyond slow. With stage 3 arthritis in my spine, it is very painful for me to stand for over 45 minutes waiting in line inside. My choice outside in the drive thru is to wait 25-45 minutes in 110 degree weather in a hot vehicle. Have a separate line for pre pay folks so we can just pick it up without waiting for hours and hours of our lives on you. I can never get the lost hours of my life back from waiting at this place. By count, walgreens owes me 3 days of life they stole from me!

Recently went and picked up my pain medication after surgery and was prescribed 2 different pain meds. The pharmacist that ask if you have any questions instructed that I could take both pain meds at the same time. I decided to look into this on my own and found out that the fda does not recommend combining these as they counter react with eachother and cause slow heart rate and shallow breathing. Luckily I had enough commonsense not to do what the pharmacist instructed as it could of been fatal.

Normally I would say my interaction was fine. However, a month ago I needed to pick up a script my doc had sent in for a biopsy I needed prior to having surgery. I went to the drive through not realizing what the med was. As I waited for the script to be sent through the drive through tube, I heard a voice. The voice was through a public microphone from the pharmacist. " What do you neeed these pills for?" Not expecting it to be an issue I simply answered that my doctor ordered it. She then asked if I was having bleeding , pregnant, or other issues which confused me because I had no idea why she was asking. I then said I was having a biopsy. She sent the drug through the tube. First, it's not your business as my doc ordered it. Second, you said this aloud and publicly. Third it's not your business. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The pill was to open my cervix for a biopsy to check for cancer before a hysterectomy. I don't need your pharmacist asking me personal information in a public setting for one or at all for two.Ridiculous.

We stayed down in Casa (a town that is filled with snowbirds) for four months at a vacation rental and after four months of picking up prescriptions here with no issue the clerk and pharmacist reprimanded me for not having a local address. I do not enjoy being treated like I'm a criminal when I pick up my RX that my doctor prescribed for me. Absolute garbage customer service, When I move to my new house out of state I'll be switching companies, you don't deserve my money.

Slow and incompetent when filling prescriptions, I’ve had several issues with this pharmacy and will not be using it again. Walmart pharmacy is way better for those looking for a better experience.

Trying to get my medications has been a hassle. One i've been out of for so long I have forgot how long it been.So far been getting a off brand variant of the medicine. The issue with this one is my doctor gives me 90 count pills and yet Walgreens loves to change it to 30 count, change the dosage and add to it no refills. My insurance says I have 2 refills but bottle says none.Plus more recently two weeks ago I had eye surgery.Doctor gave prescription for eye drops I am to take for 4 weeksI am going into week 3 and so far luckily the eye drops are lastingThing is doctor knows I will need refill on the eye drops.I doctor even sent over a new prescription for the eye drops.Walgreens claims not in the system. I need talk to my insurance and doctor to over write their system.I have already talked to them.Even manager was rude to me.This Walgreens needs to be audited. They don't deserve my money!

This store is convenient to the medical offices nearby. They are the only Walgreens in town currently that has the pharmacy open on the weekends. This town is hurting for pharmacists, so we were disappointed not to be able to fill our prescription on a Saturday. The store was clean and staff were helpful. And they allowed the Girl Scouts to sell cookies out front. Score!
