I have dealt with Visionworks in Chandler was always happy. The one in Casa Grande is horrible. They are unorganized. I asked for an adjustment and the person just bend the frame using his hands. I asked later if they could email me a copy of my prescription they filled, and they said no. I picked up a pair of new glasses, something is not right, but they said it was done right on their end. Won't be going to that location every again. I will drive to Chandler.

Hate to give a bad review but I booked an appointment, confirmed via their booking system, received a confirmation text the day before, I show up to my scheduled appointment just to be told it was cancelled because I didn't answer my phone to verbally confirm my appointment, not cool. What's the point of asking me to confirm via text message and sending an appointment reminder text if it's not a valid way to confirm? I took work off for this. If the text confirmations are not a valid way to confirm, you guys should remove this as an option so you're not wasting people's time.

Amazing customer service!!! My daughter has severe anxiety and the tech was so patient and understanding. She made my daughter's experience fun. The doctor was very kind and explained everything very well.

I experienced a rather unpleasant incident at this establishment. This marks the second time I have experienced mistreatment at a Visionworks location. Despite having paid for the retinal OCT exam out of our own pockets, I had to insist on a refund and escalate the matter before finally receiving the basic document I had requested. They’re scheduling me for a different time schedule during weekdays which doesn’t work for me, and offered next schedule three weeks from today JUST FOR THE SIMPLE RETINAL OCT EXAM RESULTS. It is evident that these employees lack compassion for the customer. Either they are unaware of what I am requesting or they simply exhibit laziness or they’re just after the money. Or it could be all of the above. I am pleased that the employee, who has purple hair and a nose piercing, comprehended my request accurately.Am I going back to this store? No, Thank you.

Eye appointment: good; glasses selection: good; explanation of features and product tiers: good; turnaround time for finished product: good; getting fitted and discussing how the glasses felt and affected our vision: horrible.When we went in for fitment, the young man working the center area was not welcoming, and was seemingly the only person working the front area. We were not invited to sit down at one of the desks, and any concern was met with "you'll get used to it". My glasses didn't fit well, and I had to ask to have the arms fitted to more closely match my old pair. Overall, the employee seemed to want to get rid of us during the most crucial step of the process and seemed to discourage any questions or concerns. We completed the fitment standing at the center desk, and left feeling unsatisfied. It truly felt like once we paid our money, our needs and concerns were an afterthought.We are going to give the new glasses some adjustment time, but due to not having our core concerns heard, and getting a poor fitment, there's a very good chance we will be taking advantage of the 100-day guarantee, and will likely go with another solution next time we need glasses. For the level of after-care we received (almost none) we can go with Zenni and save lots of money.I would recommend others avoid this location.

Visionworks provides a caring and educating experience. The entire staff from top to bottom shows thst they know exactly what they are doing. I wished that I could name every single staff member there and they all deserve congratulations for a job well done. I will always get my eye care taken care of at this location! Thank you again Visionworks Staff for being soooooo accomodating!!!

Staff friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I liked the doctor. I saw someone made a comment about him not engaging but he engaged with me. I found him knowledgeable and professional. They ran several scenarios to get me the best cost on my glasses. Oh and they have a machine that takes pictures of the back of your eyes. It was $35.00 but would highly recommend spending the money. He let me look at the pictures and explained everything to me about what I was viewing.

Staff was friendly, but after waiting almost a full hour and a half past my appointment time I left. I understand being behind, but when I left there was still another person in front of me who needed to be seen be the doctor so this could have been another 30-45 minutes before I was seen and I don’t want to spend 2-3 hours at the eye doctor for a routine exam. The glasses on the shelves are so filthy I barely wanted to put them on my face to try anything on. Signage isn’t updated with current promotions.
