Don't ask about flat rate shipping, the man behind the counter is not interested in answering questions about alternative options, or if they sale boxes. Long story short they don't honor flat rate shipping, nor do they have boxes, they do carry an overabundance of bad attitudes and terrible customer service.

Wood not take Amazon return was in it's box with sticker on it he says everything came in a bag it did not went to Kohl's all good I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN! VERY UNHAPPY LITTLE MAN .

Just really unfriendly customer service! I walked in, said “good morning” and the employee (who may be the owner) grumbled at me in response and asked if I had a return? He scanned my code and then grumbled at me again something about it being a “customer packed” return. For reference, my return item was in the original box but there was not tape on one end. I realized my error and offered to take the item back and properly package - he just grumbled at me “next time I’ll charge you $1.50”. Still trying to completely figure out what exactly was going on but also still trying to be friendly, I said “oh, I can grab my purse and pay the $1.50. I understand I misunderstood the return needs.” And he still just rudely grumbled at me. Just be nice! If you hate your job that much, do something else. I understand that the Amazon returns must be a burden for the UPS Store but also, that’s not the customer’s fault! I would never choose to go in this store again. Even when I kindly admitted my box wasn’t taped (and did not ask him to fix this problem for me - I was willing to leave and come back another time just to have a nice interaction), he was unnecessarily rude.

Zero stars if I could. They make the process to return amazon shipments so difficult when Amazon makes it so easy. Worth it to drive across town to the other location. And when I told them the other location had better service the woman working agreed with me!!

This is an awful place to go. He charged packaging and tape for a return that I had a label for and was processed by T mobile. This guy is a cheap and rude person. Plus the face that I am visibly a senior just didn't have my aarp card. And to my dismay he would not give me the discount. At my age every penny counts. Was it coming out of his pocket??? and I had shredding that he charged me for. I will never, ever go back. Go to Maricopa, they are the greatest group of people i know.

This part of the company doesn't even follow basic standard handling practices, much less treat their employees well. Breaking boxes because of poor loading (one part that isn't because of their own incompetency), reducing employee hours and saying it will not affect their income, removing overtime hours to save the company money and deny employees their income they worked for. Its surprising that they even stay in business down here with how often packages having broken if not damaged contents. Safety doesn't matter, as safety doesn't even show their face at the location. Egress is supposed to be important, even more so when working in a tinder box, yet somehow one or two of the exits are blocked by package bags that can weigh upwards to a hundred pounds.

Used this for an Amazon return where I printed the label. I've done this with other stores, and they charged me for a roll of tape to tape the box. This store, actually taped the box shut for me and taped on my printed return label, with a smile instead of any additional charges.

I like the family that runs this place. They're funny. I wish they were open at later hours and weekends but they're already better than the other locations here in Casa Grandes.
