UPS…….what the hell is your guys doing? I had a package to be picked up. This video is 28 seconds. Timing him from the time he got out of the truck to the time he got back to the truck. He never even really runged the doorbell. This happened on July 29,2024 at 1:17 pm, Casa Grande,Arizona on White Wing Dr. This is the type of service your guys provide. He showed up on our tv in the house so my wife went to the door to meet him and I just happened to be in the car pulling up to the house. Why don’t you just have him join the Olympic for track and field. The dude is fast at getting nothing done. How much are you paying him? Tell him I said thank you for doing absolutely NOTHING

I went here to drop off a package with a High Value Summary after the most annoying 30 minute call with the call center. I was prepared for another nightmare but when I got there I went to the wrong door and was nicely re-directed (sorry lol) and then I took the package inside the little hut and both people were more than willing to help. When I mentioned the high value summary, they knew exactly what I was talking about. They signed it and sent me on my way. About 3 minutes total time. Now I know for the future - Call Center is NOT helpful but the people here at this location are 10/10. I really appreciate how quick they were, friendly, and just on it.

So back in November I had a radiator sent with ups and it came as it should but now same address and they say they can’t deliver and I can come and get it from them why did I pay for shipping if I got to pick it up from them this is ridiculous the Casa Granda UPS is a joke and they need to fire everybody and get new people there

I like leaving good reviews about hard-working people, so this is going to hurt. I received my package last night and was very upset because of where it was left. I was tracking this package, and the driver was supposed to leave a picture to show it was in a safe place as well. This just started happening with a few of my packages. To be completely honest, I wouldn't complain, but this driver delivered one of my packages like this right in front of me and my kids just right in front right outside my fence. I thought for a minute maybe he saw us and just was in hurry so maybe he figured just leave it there so we could get it, but that's not what most drivers do and this is not peak season for deliveries either.Well, back to my original complaint, I'm not happy with my package being left right outside my fence. This package could have been left in a more concealed place in my yard just right over my fence, but no, it was left right in the open for some to see and take if they wanted. The package was saying, "Come get me."What should happen is that the driver needs to correct his his behavior. Two, he probably should look for another job if he can't do this one like all the other drivers. Three, if he wants to make this right, he needs to come apologize to me and my family and start putting packages where we would like them to be. And last his supervisor should be very upset by now about this going public, so this should be very embarrassing to him and the rest of the UPS Casa Grande hub. What a shame to have this kind of behavior happen over and over.I have a picture to show. I hope this never happens again. If it does, I'll post again, and I will visit the hub next time to make a formal complaint.

They don't take reservations, but knew a big group was coming in about noon. They were wonderful and had a table waiting for us and don't know how the waitress kept 20 orders exactly correct.

A little unorthodox facility in Casa Grande AZ. Packages piled up in gravel dirt parking area. UPS really needs to get these employees a real facility. They work in horrible conditions. They literally have Packages under table or makeshift conveyor belt dividing the fron and back of a dilapidated metal building. Overflow Packages are scattered in parking area for ups trucks and are not secure. Customer service lady inside a dilapidated metal shack has to look the package up and then go on a savagery hunt for it. She is Noce Friendly and she found the package I was looking for. But if all drivers are gone there literally is No way she can see what's going on outside in package area.UPS makes enough money to build or lease a really facility. These people who work there deserve hazard pay.

This UPS area (as in Casa Grande specifically) has a habit of delivering packages and then marking them as delivered when they’re not. My package got stolen. They need to start having pictures at door steps for every delivery at this point like Amazon

These people work very hard to not have to talk to the customer
