I promise im not gonna steal bc i walked in without makeup and wearing leggings. Please stop sending all your employees up to me in the span of 5 seconds to ask if I need help then have them follow me around the store. I just wanted to BUY some hair stuff and a moisturizer. 🥲 not to mention ur employee didn’t even give me my change and said “bye have a nice day” then I didn’t realize till I got to the car, so who’s really the one stealing?🤨

Ulta Beauty at the Promenade in Casa Grande is my go-to spot! The customer service here is always top-notch. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Whether I’m shopping for skincare, makeup, or hair products, someone is always ready to offer great recommendations without being pushy. The store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with all the brands I love. Love having this location so close—highly recommend it for anyone looking for great service and an awesome beauty selection!

Their curbside pick up is terrible. I always wait in my car for like 5 minutes and then end up going in cause they never come out to me. So much for a quick pick up.

Michael was very nice helped me with my perfume purchases. Felt bad I came in 20 min before closing but ended up getting my items I needed and wanted lol but love going in the store everyone is so nice and helpful.

I went here because I wanted help finding the right products for me and an upcoming job interview, but I got left feeling more confused and ended up just googleing most of the information. Their product selection is diverse and clearly labeled by the brand. There were about 3 girls working on a display 1 working the front check out, and no one really had any time to truly walk me through anything. Witch is kinda what I thought Ulta Beauty's brand was helping the unexperienced with makeup and beauty. The girl who was trying to do front was the one to help me the most but she didn't really know that much so couldn't help and her coworkers/ supervisors were to busy talking about / setting up displays. Overall, I ended up leaving with the correct stuff but did not have to customer experience I was expecting I'll just go to Walmart next time, same stuff, same access to information less money.

We went today with my 84 year old mother inlaw. She never had someone do her makeup or help her pick shades. They were helpful, kind, & gentle. She felt so special & said she felt like a princess.

Melissa was so great! My daughter has sensory issues so getting haircuts has been difficult. But Melissa was so patient and calming. My daughter sat for her the entire time and no meltdowns. Thank you so much for your understanding, kindness and patience. We will be back due to the amazing experience!
