“I went to get my daughter's changed out and the guy that was going to do them was very knowledgeable and very nice I was with my grandson and we walked to the little store that's next to the tire shop and when we were walking back I noticed that the tires weren't changed he came up to me and said he couldn't change them out because the tires were to big for my daughter's BMW and he couldn't do it. I thanked him and left but he was very polite and respectful I don't know his name but he referred to me as my lady and I believe he probably refers to every woman in this manner but very nice gent.”

“Giddens is THE BEST shop I've taken my cars to. They are always fair, explain what repairs are needed, and I've never felt talked down to or pressured into paying for things that aren't absolutely necessary. Yesterday, my AC wasn't getting cool. I called in the afternoon and they were able to get my van in within an hour, diagnosed, and repaired before the end of the day. (More was going on than just the AC feeling warm.) Great customer service and knowledgeable and thorough technicians. Definitely recommend!”

“We experienced loss of tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, and back up camera in our motorhome a few days before a 1300 mile trip home. A phone call to Eddie was rewarded with a listening ear, relevant questions, and assessment of possible causes. It was instantly apparent he had knowledge, skills, and experience. He earns confidence. He made an appointment for us the next morning. Kenny, 'who likes working with wires' ? quickly traced out the issue which was a loss of ground. He added a ground which resolved all the issues. Great staff, clean shop, reasonable rates. Plus, a fun place to wait while work is being done. The place was full of classic cars! Thank you Eddie, Kenny, and staff.”

“Some people say that "Customer Service is a dying art". But not at Jones Ford in Casa Grande. And I put them to the test during a very difficult day. First the people in Service - who took my 'sick' C-Max and were so helpful in diagnosing its problems and then delivering the bad news. And then the star of the day: CHRIS MCBRIDE in Sales, who helped me find a beautiful 2016 Chevelle Malibu. Chris is friendly but low-key - you never feel pressured - and so knowledgeable and so patient (even when I was very impatient) and helped me every step of the way. I really can't say enough. “We always have great luck at Firestone in Casa Grande, AZ. I have had issues at other shops in town literally putting on the wrong brand or model of tire on my cars. The Firestone staff are personable and friendly. They can run long, but give honest time estimates based on their workload. Firestone is one of 2 tire shops in Casa Grande I would use, but the service makes me come back to Firestone every time.”

“This place is awesome l. had them put air in my RV tire that was low. A week later it was low again, so I went back and they removed the tire found no leak resealed the bead and replaced the valve stem all for free. They have earned my loyalty, when it comes time for new tires they are now my go to shop”
