Casa Grande is great! They are always helpful with scheduling , doing the procedure and getting me the records.
Vanessa is always so kind and I never rushed! She informs me of everything she will be doing! I love that Simon Imaging is close to home

never said anything about no caffeine, drink plenty of water and walk around a couple of hours before the test because of this they couldn't find the veins that needed to show I have to go have another ultra sound today elsewhere and I'm really thrilled about it because I have nerve damage in both my legs and it gets them all hurting so thank you for that!!

It’s hard to imagine a more inept office staff. They took more than 45 minutes verifying insurance information—information I had already provided via the app a week prior and information they had from the four other times I’ve been there. The only way it got resolved is that I had to call the insurance company myself and force the issue, then it “magically” appeared on the guy’s computer. Sure. Maybe if you hadn’t spent the bulk of that time talking about restaurants and gossiping with coworkers you would have noticed the info or found a way to be more effective. I am at the point where I would rather go to Tucson than bother with this branch. The people doing the exams are great, but the front office is useless, inefficient, and rude.

Waited 1 1/2 hrs watching people who came after me and my sick child were seen before us when we were finally seen it took 5 minutes, front desk has no clue why we were not taken in order, they just have no clue

Front desk was very rude especially the gay guy and I was on time for my appointment and I was 30 minutes to an hour late they had people come in. They had later appointment times they got done first.

Then they sent me a bill for an older xray that I already paid for 5 months ago. An adjustment for every month of $1.59
1,800 lobbyists in Washington have corrupted the system so you can't call and get a price. FSM

They over charge by hundreds of dollars at the register. Had met my deductible. They said they had contacted my insurance (they hadn't) charged me nearly 500 up front and now I have to wait to get a refund for what should've been less than 100.

Very long wait time. People were leaving because wait times were over an hour. Xray tech was very apologetic. She was very professional and did a great job taking my xrays.

worst service ever. do not return calls. even with a doctor ordered mammagram they would not make an appointment until the get results from an old mammogram from another city. as a breast cancer survivor I find this appalling. and they never answer the phone. their on line service says call but the never answer the phone.

I had to have 2 CT's W/contrast. I have 16 ports and numerous lines, and IV's, for that reason it is very hard to get a vein. I was informed upon arrival that they could not use my tunnel cath and became very worried. I am usually an impossible stick but sometimes they can get it. I asked Vanessa if she could just try for a vein AND SHE GOT IT ON THE 1ST TRY! I am so grateful to her. She was polite, professional, and I could tell that she was very experienced! I am more than happy with my visit today!
