“I went here to drop off a package with a High Value Summary after the most annoying 30 minute call with the call center. I was prepared for another nightmare but when I got there I went to the wrong door and was nicely re-directed (sorry lol) and then I took the package inside the little hut and both people were more than willing to help. When I mentioned the high value summary, they knew exactly what I was talking about. They signed it and sent me on my way. About 3 minutes total time. Now I know for the future - Call Center is NOT helpful but the people here at this location are 10/10. I really appreciate how quick they were, friendly, and just on it.”
