I accidentally parked here today(3/27/24) while going into the establishment next door. One of the employees came out yelling at me to move my vehicle. I was maybe 10ft from the door as she was yelling unnecessarily. I would have done so happily, but she was extremely rude and ridiculous. I simply told her I would be leaving in the next few minutes and would do so then. When we got into the car I was trying to read the name of the the store and the same crazy lady flipped us off? We had a laugh, but that was totally uncalled for behavior. I hope she is well.

Was really happy when I left but next day gel polish chipping off all my nails. I had a flight out of town so couldnt go back for a fix.

Terrible service! I wanted my nails done the same way I had them and the tech argued with me for 10 minutes that I had gel not dip. How completely ridiculous...Like I wasn't there when my nails were dipped!?! Then she was REALLY rough. I asked her repeatedly to settle down because she was hurting me. I had to pull my hands away FOUR TIMES. The finished product was lopsided and had dents in it. I ended up going to my regular salon in east Mesa to have them fixed. This is literally the worst nail experience I have ever had. They also charge about $20 more than other salons. ?

Zero!!!! Jackie is awesome. Management On the other hand is the complete opposite. I was disrespected by the gentleman who seems to be incharge of the shop. All because I called him out on a mistake he made. He told me to go ahead and slander him on social media, I'd prefer to be honest and bring awareness to the fact that its not okay to be unprofessional and disrespectful to your customers! I've been a customer for two year, never again!

Honestly I was just calling to inquire information and the lady on the line was so conceited. I asked her what comes in a regular pedicure because in some places it’s only a clean and Color and the massage isn’t included. But instead of just explaining it, they laughed and said “you don’t know what a pedicure is?”Edited: look at the owners reply. Who wants to go to a place with poor customer service on the phone, imagine how they’ll be in person. As a business owner good customer interaction on the phone is part of the store experience. It’s the basic of how to run a good business. Kindness goes along way that’s why it’s thought in kindergarten.

I went and received a full set this morning from Bianca! I asked for a certain design, but shorter and almond. The first photo is what I received and the second is what I asked for! She was super nice and engaging. We had fantastic conversations. I was in town for my sister’s graduation. I was nervous to go to a salon out of town, but she helped make me welcome! I was satisfied with all things! My tech, the location, the atmosphere, the end result of my nails and it was all very reasonably priced! I 100% recommend! ??Services: Nail art
