Safeway Pharmacy has friendly and excellent staff who provide the best customer service. They are happy to help, making the experience very easy and no hassle. However, there have been times when prescribed medication was not available at pickup. Also, staff were not very helpful in explaining a medication, which led to a serious problem. For the most part, experiences are positive, but these issues prevent a perfect rating.
The pharmacy staff is fantastic, and go out of their way to help me when needed ! VERY good people !

I WILL SAY!!!LOL!!!FOR THE MOST PART MY EXPERIENCE WITH SAFEWAY PHARMACY IS POSITIVE!!!! THERE HAVE BEEN TIMES WHEN I PICK UP MEDICINE AND THEY DONT HAVE IT. FOR THAT REASON ALONE I GIVE IT... 3RES ESTRELLAS!!!!!

They weren't very helpful in explaining the medication that I was prescribed and I ended up with an allergic reaction. I ended up in emergency room.
