The cake came out perfect! And not only that but the two ladies working the day I placed the order saved me from ordering a full sheet! I originally asked for full and then they showed me a half sheet which is what we needed. We would have had so much left overs ?

The pharmacy is no longer accepting GoodRx for certain medications. I was told this is a pharmacist decision at each store. The price of one of my medications doubled. So we transferred all our prescriptions over to a competing pharmacy.Good customers don't go away mad. They just go away!

I ordered 1/4 sheet cake on Wed 6/14/23 for pick up 6/17/23. Upon seeing the cake - all my Birthday boy (who picked the cake) was, "Well at least it's a cake with my name on it!" He's 9! I found more people having issues with their cakes for last several months. Please go elsewhere!

Customer service,I'm a 63 year old male and I was treated ND talk to like I was 7 years old. I've been a Customer for 30 plus years but never again will I go to that establishment

Omg. The nicest staff I’ve met at a grocery. Mila was sooooo helpful in helping me get 200+ dinner rolls ordered for a large gathering I have next week. Just made my day!!

I loved Safeway for a very long time. The quality is terrific, selection is excellent, and service used to be great. I do not use self-service cash registers. The frequent shopper discounts on my card did not appear when I used self-serve checkout, and I was told I'd have to come back the following day to talk to someone in customer service to get a refund. I went through a checkout line today and $25 in discounts did not go through when I entered my account. Going back into the store on a Friday night to save $25 is not my idea of effective customer service. Although I love the store experience I cannot continue to shop here if my card discounts don't show up at the register. I will have to learn to love Fry's if things don't improve at Safeway.

I only get to this store every 3-4 months, and I've always found it to be clean and well-stocked. The people are nice - we interact with the deli and meat people a lot when there. Always helpful. We ran into a problem this morning with our pharmacy appointment for flu shots. The pharmacist didn't come in, so they had to wait an hour while someone else was scheduled. But the pharmacy staff kept us informed and took care of us while we waited. And all grocery stores get lines - it's just the way off the world. And the Starbucks makes everything better.

I kinda upset feel ripped off. I brought cake last week for my husband birthday from your store a women Mila gave me cake I wanted and she said she made them personally I should of checked the tag she charge me with 49.99. Then yesterday I brought cake at Safeway in Florence AZ they charge with same cake 19.99. I ask how come it that price here at casa grande it 49.99, the worker there said it shouldnt be that price they go by schematics so price should 19.99 but I felt being scammed and I work with retail before this women should be terminated if she been scamming customers and ripping them off for while. I try to speak with a manager at casa grande but they we're to busy and I get it retail is tuff. But ripping customer off just because your cake person doesn't mean you can charge the price you want it at. Unprofessional this person Mila need to go or suspended for her actions.

I shop at Safeway all the time back in Sacramento, and of course every store has its problems. This one is OK employees are polite although we could use a few more checkers. Otherwise good place to shop

Ok, I love Safeway better than the alternatives. However, was very frustrated to see NO lanes open except for the self checkout. Now really.... This is not a Walmart, and prices reflect that. I have not been to any training classes to work for myself in the self checkout. Also, I believe the self checkouts wouldn't be so horrible if the customer was compensated with 5-10% off their total bill. After all the customer is basically working for free when they check their own groceries, bag them, etc. Also, please make sure there are always carts available in the store. I've had seniors tell me they walked all the way into the store only to find no carts and had to walk back out to the parking lot to get one. That's awful, especially in this Summer heat. All I'm asking is increased help and more consideration for your customers.

The only good thing about this store are the sale items. The associates and management are rude and very unprofessional. Terrible customer service. What a shame! How about just common sense manners?

I ordered a cake couple days ago for my twin daughters that are going to be 15 I came to pick up the cake a little early it wasn't ready, the lady said give her about 30 minutes so I walked around the store I came back and looked at the cake and it wasn't even the way I said this was all written down on a piece of paper tell the girl that's with the baker this is how I want it she said there's an extra charge I said that should've been said to me since the day I ordered it but then she was going to take it off the icing and redo it it's not gonna look right my wife was a baker before And it's unsanitary to keep on messing with food if it's already ready It was already out sitting, so the baker said well do you want it for free that's not the point it wasn't right so I didn't want it and that was unprofessional to say do I want it for free If I have to spend $30-$50 on a cake to get it to the way I want it then I would then the baker says I could put another cake together and I look over to the side and she's just taking the whip and just tossing it on there like nasty that's poor customer service so I told him I didn't want the cake I went to the front and talk to the store manager I told him the situation and he said that he's had problems with the bakery. This is my second time going in there trying to get a cake to be made same problem I wouldn't go in there no more to get a cake nor anything else because the first thing that the manager should've did was offer me some type of Store credit for all the bad inconvenience but now I have to go look for somebody to bake a cake for my girls I don't need the money but if I say I'm not gonna shop there no more the first thing he should've did was say wait let's make this right so anybody that reads this please look into it real good because it's the truth I have no reason to lie my girls are my everything and I will spend what I need to on them and I was just a real big letdown at the last minute now I have to find a baker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow this Safeway is so bad I don't even know where to start! Completely out of product every day sugar flour basic products an hour and 40 minutes standing in check-out. And all the people can do is apologize well unfortunately apologies don't get the job done or the customer their product! And I'm so effing sick of everybody blaming it on OMG "COVID" I cant!! And some how COVID has created the rudest socially MEAN people and it all comes out in places like the worlds worst safeway!!!
