We have bought 2 cars from Premier here in Casa Grande. Marina is our girl to go to! She is amazing, caring, listens to your needs and is always helpful. ? We will not deal with any other salesperson but her. She is a rockstar!!!!!

The WORST place to buy a vehicle..they don't tell you that they have MANY different finance companies running your credit till one approves you, all of which is a HARD HOT on your credit. And IF you do buy a vehicle from them, they lie about its true condition and past. If you need something worked on with your new vehicle, you better hope it's not a pressing issue because you will be sol, I have been waiting for my new bumper to be replaced for almost a year now, called MANY, MANY times and it's always the same response from them....we will call you back ASAP...they NEVER call you back....so again...WORST PLACE EVER to purchase a vehicle

By far the WORST place to get a car. First car they gave me the alternator went out 15 minutes after I left the parking lot. Car shut off on me while I was driving with my 4 kids in the car , doors wouldn’t unlock and the AC was off . Took almost 15 minutes to finally get out . Then they traded it and gave me another car and the AC is messed up. Took 2 weeks to fix it and then when I got my car back from getting “ fixed” the heater stopped working and my speakers all messed up from them taking the dash board out . While they were fixing my car I would call every other day for an update and everytime I would talk to Erica “ the manager” she never had an answer to any of my questions. It would always be “ I don’t know or I’m not sure” , then 10 minutes later George would call me a give me a detailed message about my car. They also wouldn’t even help me out and let me use a car knowing that was my only vehicle I have and yet they were one the one still making mistakes while they were “ fixing “ my vehicle. If you want to buy a car that barely works and has a lot of problems this is DEFINITELY the place to go. If I knew how bad this place was from the customer service to the service center , I would’ve NEVER traded my car here .
