We adopted a kitten from PetSmart, today. Although, we had to find help to ask about seeing the kitten, the associate was very courteous and helpful. She answered every question and offered us extra information. Very good experience.

They always have kibble on the floor, which is very tasty. Especially the cat ones.
The people that sell you things are very nice too. They once tried to give me chicken, but it was a bit dry and I was full up on floor kibble so I said no.
