“The service and staff at this office supply store are generally excellent, and it's a valuable resource for our community. However, there are times when the print shop gets quite busy and backed up. It would be incredibly beneficial if more employees were cross-trained to assist in the print shop during these peak times. This would help keep everything running smoothly and ensure customers continue to receive the high level of service they expect. Overall, it's a great store, but a little extra help in the print shop would make it even better.”

“I recently emailed print and lamination service request to the Casa Grande AZ OfficeMax. Right before payment, I noted it stated my order would be ready next business day. It was a few minutes before 2pm. I need the items early the next morning. I had the thought to call the print department! Gentleman I spoke to confirmed that there were orders ahead of mine therefore the information I received. He inquired about the order and I shared information with him. He mentioned they may be able to get it done (no promises) by 6pm that day. He was polite, sincere, and empathetic. I submitted the order with fingers crossed. Best part of this? I received a text message well before 6pm that my order was ready for pickup! I was able to get my print service products delivered the next morning right on schedule!
