My parents have now had their golf cart here no less than 5 times, the latest bill was over $600 and their problem remains the same! This is utterly ridiculous and stay away from this company for any of your service needs. Wow!

Bought a new cart from Moores a couple weeks ago. The driver side mirror would not stay adjusted so today I tried to tighten the movable joint. Upon investigation I found the mirror adjuster was defective. Called Moore about a warranty replacement and was informed it wasn’t covered under warranty. Asked about cost for a replacement for defective mirror and was informed the price for part was $69.00. A quick check on Amazon would get an improved version for $22.00
So appears they don’t honor any warranty items

Bought a brand new Evolution cart from these guys. About 9 mnths later the windshield fell out while my wife was driving on our main paved road!!! Called these guys and they told me it was not under warranty...because of "user error". What??? I called Evo and they are replacing the windshield along with an apology. DO NOT REWARD THESE GUYS WITH YOUR BUSINESS...it's worth the drive to Tucson or Phx.

The owner does not drug test here! This leads to all sorts of accidents in the shop that customers are expected to pay for. Customers are told parts were bad upon arrival, when it was someone in the shop that broke them. Supercharging is an expensive scam. Please take your business to shops that actually deserve it.

Greg was so accommodating! He managed to get a golf cart at the last minute. When one of the batteries was on its last legs, he picked up the cart, replaced the battery and we were back in business the same day. We highly recommend him! Joe and Marsha

Have used before to try and get parts to fix my golf cart. Every time need a part, always seems like they are out of parts needed and "need to order" and "will call" when parts delivered. Only golf cart location in Casa Grande to get parts vs drive into Phoenix area. Hard to rate higher due to always out of stock for parts. Disappointed as the only cart dealer/parts dealer in town. They need to be better stocked for the small parts needed by us golf cart users. Usually like to rate 5 star for local businesses but last 3 times use...always out of stock for small parts needed. Sorry Moore's...gotta get your "stuff" together to better serve our community.

I purchased a used 2017 Star golf cart in 2019. I had the regular batteries replaced with new lithium batteries. I have had nothing but problems with the batteries since then. After many dealings with the manager and getting no answers, I finally took it to a reputable dealer. They discovered that Moore’s never changed the original Star charger with the Allied battery charger that came with the new batteries! Needless to say, I will never go back to Moore’s.

Very knowledgeable staff. Friendly and professional. I presented with a parts need that has been a thorn in my side for some time and the owner himself gave me some research time lookin into the parts and availability. Even though he did not stock my part, he had the decency to recommend a competitor that does. That's customer care.
