The lady that draws your blood is horrible. She put the tourniquet so hard on my arm That it started turning purple from the top. I asked her to remove it, and she just looked at me and said I complained too much.

So my wife and I both go to have testing done on December 19th 2024. They overfilled my wife approximately $80. Then they call after we left to tell us that they had over billed and gave us some nonsense about recharging the right amount so the wrong amount didn't go thru billing. We'll here we are 11 days later and we are still out over $700 and when I call to ask why it's taking so long and some guy a snowflake gives me the run around and wants me to call the billing depth. I said I'm not doing g your job at which point he told me that there was nothing he could do. I said I want to speak to your manager, he said " were not doing that. I've been respectful." I said that's not the point. He absolutely refused, I assume trying to cover their asses. This is total BS. They act as if i don't have a reason to be upset. Their not out $700+ for over 11 days. Now I'm on the phone with their corporate office and they say we don't see that charge! What kind of clown operation is this??

After multiple failed attempts via telephone to verify if in fact this location offers a Urinary Analysis.They do not .. this all could have been avoided had someone picked up the the phone. Do better labcorp

I was here one time before this rude lady name Adriana was not nice at all. Todays experience was way better I had a lab technician name Corinna she was nice and did a great job allowed me to lay down offered me water to make sure I was ok she showed me she cared I will request her again.Adriana wouldn't let me laydown knowing I had over 11 tubes taken from me and was dizzy and feeling sick being pregnant and she didn't care about me or the health of my unborn baby either she was very rude and unprofessional and she sucks as a lab technician she doesn't know how to draw blood I refuse to have her take my lab work plus she gossips about other people as well which is unprofessional if her to do being a lab technician at LabCorp. She never apologized to me for her attuide and actions I feel they should replace her with someone who is going to be professional and caring to patients and respect there health and needs we shouldn't be treated like garbage when we don't feel well and just because we have AHCCCS doesn't mean anything we are all humans and should be treated right and with respect. Being pregnant you would think she would care if you got sick and passing out and not feeling well, but No she didn't she didn't offer me water either I like Sonora Quest way better Im hoping to go there instead next time. Today's experience was better then last time and a different lab technician which is fine with me. I'm sorry but this place is dirty and bathrooms need to be cleaned and better staff needs to run this place I hope they do get better staff here. Also the girl that day at the front desk gave me the wrong number to Corporate office of LabCorp so they wouldn't get in trouble and told me the supervisor name is Karina which No one reached back by that name. But if I keep getting bad experiences here and service I will go else where I don't need that stress.

Wife and I went to Labcorp today for blood work. We’ve been going there 4 years with the same insurance, today lady says I need. $60 copay!! Called Humana and they told me, they’re in the network you don’t need a copay, on speakerphone with the lady right there!! She once again reintegrated I need to pay $60!! Labcorp says I need a copay and Humana says I don’t !! Who’s right??
That’s the reason for the one star rating!!

This was a new lab for me. I was a little leary due to the negative reviews which, were unfounded. I was greated promptly by a smiling polite young man, who also hailed me from the parking lot to let me know that my sample wasn't adequate,saving me from a possible failed result and return visit. I couldn't have asked fir better service.

I went in for a simple blood draw and the nurse hit a nerve in my arm. I was unable to move my arm for WEEKS. I couldn’t sleep without pain, I couldn’t work, I might as well of lost my right arm. This carried on for 6 WEEKS. I called the clinic about it and they never returned my call. I had to go to the doctor and wrap my arm for WEEKS. This was the worst medical experience I have ever had. Spend the extra $20 and go to somewhere that can draw your blood without disabling you for 6 WEEKS.

Lab corp in Casa Grande is great!! Every time I walk in, without an appointment, I am in and out less than 10 minutes. The staff is friendly, and the phlebotomists are great! I have small veins that roll and most places have to poke me multiple times, but LabCorp gets it the first time every time. Highly recommend them!!
