Just go into the city. It's okay if you need a emergency fix but they do not run nearly as organized of a shop as the one in scottsdale.

This dealership was alleged in a viral Tik Tok video to have violated Ford's anti-markup policies on the Maverick. The Maverick lists for under $29k and Ford doesn't permit dealers to sell above this price. This dealership is alleged to have marked its new Mavericks as "used" in order to skirt this policy, and then marking the trucks up to $45k+In my opinion, this is thievery

Marking new cars as used to get around Ford not wanting dealers to take advantage of the current market and mark up cars to make more $

Sold me a vehicle I tried to get it refinanced at a dealership in the valley they show me the car fax and it states my vehicle was in a accident. So i take it to jones ford and explain this to them and their excuse was they use Experian not car fax. Thief's and I will be following up with my attorney on this.

Some people say that "Customer Service is a dying art". But not at Jones Ford in Casa Grande. And I put them to the test during a very difficult day. First the people in Service - who took my 'sick' C-Max and were so helpful in diagnosing its problems and then delivering the bad news. And then the star of the day: CHRIS MCBRIDE in Sales, who helped me find a beautiful 2016 Chevelle Malibu. Chris is friendly but low-key - you never feel pressured - and so knowledgeable and so patient (even when I was very impatient) and helped me every step of the way. I really can't say enough. Chris McBride is the Gold Standard for Sales.THANK YOU, CHRIS!!! And thanks to everyone at Jones.

I Bought a f150 there a month ago, I have no complaints with the truck but I figured out that neither of my key fobs had the emergency key in them which I wasn't aware of. And when I went back to get them they tried to charge me 50$ for each of the emergency keys ,Also was told I'd get a free oil change since they sold me the truck with 70% oil life instead of fresh oil and they didn't keep their word . All in all place is not worth going back to or recommending I'd also like to point out the bald finance manager was the reason for the not getting an oil change and not signing on my limited lifetime powertrain warranty

The last two times I have been at Jones Ford their service has exceeded all expectations. Once they comped what could have easily been a $300 plus bill trying to find an intermittent problem and the other time squeezed me in with no appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and muffler repair. Junior Rodriguez has been an awesome service advisor to deal with. Five stars all the way.

Sorry for the Novel but this review deserves detail. So I just bought my 2019 F150 XLT in Phoenix back in March. Practically in perfect condition. I drive a semi-truck based in Casa Grande and my schedule is so tight it's difficult to take make time to change my own oil since my days are already stacked with errands. So I had scheduled my last 2 oil changes with Jones. First one a few months back went perfect, they took care of me and I was satisfied with their service, they even did other things for my truck and were accommodating. I scheduled this oil change on Friday 10/7. They Did my oil change and I then went home to Phoenix. SATURDAY 10/8 I Spent my morning running errands and doing chores around the house. Upon returning from my first errand I noticed an oil spot in the drive way which developed sitting over night. I got my fingers dirty to check the fluid to confirm it was oil. (NOTE THE OIL WAS CLEAN) I got underneath the truck and noticed it was coming from the oil pan plug. I called the shop but they weren't answering and by the time I got a hold of someone they were closed. That Monday my trucking job kept me out of town so I ended up bringing the truck in that Tuesday. I spoke to my service rep(Brandon???) I believe that's his name. And advised him that there was a leak coming from the oil pan plug. He drove my truck around back and gave it to a service tech who put it on the lift for !!!FIVE MINUTES!!! (Diagnosis) "they didn't clean up the oil that spilled onto the cross frame" I didn't think that was right but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Towards the end of the week I saw that it was still leaking. This time i called and asked to speak to the highest member of management at the dealership. This person told me he would Email the head of the service dept and inform him on my frustrations. I got a call from the service manager who took me a bit more serious then the service advisor and service tech. I brought it in the following Monday/Tuesday and they confirmed that the plug was bad. I GOT MY OIL CHANGED A FEW MONTHS BACK AND THE PLUG WAS FINE THEN!! They replaced the plug and redid the oil change. I told the manager that I was disappointed In their performance and asked if he was willing to do some tire and leveling kit work at a negotiated discounted rate as a sign of accountability and redemption. He went on to dismiss my request and then proceeded to call my plug "a defective part" and said he could have charged me for the service. basically slapping me In the face when calling out their poor performance SUMMARY *$125 oil change(and air filter upgrade while on sight) *Damaged the oil pan plug causing leak*Failed to do a thorough assessment the first time I returned with the issue*dismissed all the information I gave them which an 8 year old could have easily used to diagnose The actual problem*they did fix the problem but held back an apology and beat around the bush when taking accountability. Moral of the story. I would not recommend you taking your vehicle to this service center if this is how everyone there operates. If the service tech can't even do a simple oil change without messing it up and the management isn't on top of things to make sure everyone is doing their job properly, I wouldn't be shocked to see how many other things they drop the ball with and have gotten away with it. I'm not incompetent, I could have changed the oil myself at home. I brought it to them for the convenience. Their mistakes could have cost me the engine had I not been vigilant and caught it early on. If you're going to spend a premium dollar to get your vehicle worked on, make sure you're getting a premium quality job done right. THIS ISN'T THE PLACE FOR THAT. To any Jones Ford management reading this, had y'all not dropped the ball on so many different steps in This process and at least negotiated a redemption service as a sign of customer satisfaction and retention, I wouldn't be writing this review However such piss poo
