Do your homework! Excuse after excuse 4 months for a bumper? Wow the guy that answered the phone blames everyone and everything else, I told him maybe his phone number shouldn't be the one on the website! Regretting my decision to order from them!

Amazing bumper, everything bolted up amazingly. Had to reuse the hardware off my old bumper to mount this one. VERY GOOD quality bumper. The only thing I would complain about is it taking 14-15 weeks instead of the 6-8 week time span they originally said. That's why I dropped 1 star. I did call numerous times to get an eta and they answered/called me right back every time. If they just be a little more transparent from the start with the fabrication/delivery time it would've been 5 stars. I would order from them again ?. I do like the fact of them personally delivering the bumper vs. using a shipping service. Thanks again, iron bull!

Very poor customer service. Slow response time, and extremely slow build time. My opinion the build quality is average, and there is no gusseting to reinforce it. I will order the rear bumper from a different company.

They should have 0 stars for this company. They really just steal the money and they don't send you your product. Everyone should report them so they can close this place. Terrible service. They only play with the buyer with answers that don't make sense. It's not a company you can trust. They insure your money but what about us? I have not received my order for 6 months. I have been placing the order for $1800 and they have already ate the money and we are still waiting for our parts. Mr. Tonny is a shame. I hope they close all the doors and no one bought from them. BUYERS, please do not buy here, it is a company that does not comply with the aspects and I will have to report theft on their part.

I feel like the people posting bad reviews are doing something wrong. As long as you have patience to wait for the shipping, the bumper quality is amazing and strong. Has very good craftsmanship. Only took 3 hours to mount it including installing a winch. Im a landscaper from ******** and not a mechanic. As long as you have a good eye for getting it evenly mounted and can turn a wrench its easy. Oh, and the liner paint looks great and still seems strong as ever after all my testing on it

In September 2021 my Dodge Ram was involved in an accident and I needed a new bumper quick. Rather than go with a stock bumper I decided to go with a ranch style bumper with brush guard.The problem? Every last shop I contacted that does this kind of bumper was booked until 2022. But of all of them, Johnny and Iron Bull alone offered me the option to expedite my order for a small fee.The result? Iron Bull Bumpers delivered a quality bumper that mounted up and fit perfectly the first time with zero modifications. And they got it to me in about 3 weeks.And as for those who want to bring politics into the equation, I don't have to agree or disagree with the owner to appreciate the quality of his workmanship. At the end of the day we're all Americans. And as Americans we should be doing more to support one another in these troubled times, not try to tear someone down because of who we think they should have voted for.I am perfectly satisfied with my bumper from Iron Bull Bumpers. And I think you will be too!

I bought bumpers for a 2020 Toyota Tundra everything was going great I placed the order he called me to verify thins were good. The guy that dropped them off could've Said something instead he just dropped them in my driveway and they are so heavy I couldn't lift then. I had to have the guys from the shop where I planned on getting them installed at come pick them up.. When the bumpers got to the shop they were far from bolt on the shop tried to call the iron bill bumpers guy he kept saying you don't know what you're doing they had to make a lot of modifications to the bumpers also they didn't send hardware I had to go buy the bolts from Home Depot you would think as much as I've paid for them they would've came with everything I needed But it wasn't like that.. the sensor holes are too large so parking sensors no longer work.. if I would've know they wouldn't work I would've got the tundra without the sensors.. There was a lot to be desired but they look good on the truck and they hold up I hit t Boned a guy doing 60mph literally no damage to my truck.. it did it's job..

I ordered and paid for a rear winch bumper winch on 09-17-2021. They wrote me on that date: "Regular Shipping and Handling (Estimated 4-6 weeks to be made and shipped)". I emailed the company 7 weeks later and asked where's my stuff? The company replied (short version), "We'll let you know when it ships". I immediately replied, when is that and please do not be vague. They did not respond to that email. Nor have they responded or communicated 11 weeks lafter the purchase.

Took a long time to get and had to adjust mounting bracket but the bumper is great and paid for itself today when we hit another deer.

I considered using this business until I talked to the owner. Johnnie is RACIST and a BIGOT. He calls people that believe Black Lives Matter terrorists and Nazis, talks about how Native Americans weren't peaceful and Europe conquered them after they conquered each other so their land wasn't and isn't stolen, and that slavery exists in Africa still so that somehow excuses his racist behavior and comments. He felt the need to preach to me about his bigotous views and that makes him completely unprofessional. If I could give him zero stars I would.

Agree with some of the other reviews. Customer service is terrible. I had questions about install because the cut outs on the bumper weren't exact. Guy was short omn the phone then and when I ordered. Unfortunately there really wasn't another option for my nissan frontier. It looks good, but its not as quality as I thought it would be. And it would have been nice to know acessories needed to be purchased at the same time. Im having a difficult time finding lights that fit.

Johnnie is the most disrespectful sales person I have ever dealt with. I initially reached out to him and completed my order and was extremely excited to get my bumpers. I understood the time frame and ironically it didn't help that Corona Virus had started right when my bumpers began fabrication. Like many complaints you see on this review and other sites, it truly was a game with Johnnie and trying to get truthful information out of him. I waited almost 4 months to find out that my order was never ready and he blamed COVID on the delay. During the 4 month period, Johnnie had not ONCE called me back after multiple emails and voicemails left for him. The only time Johnnie called me was the day I threatened to cancel my order and the excuses started pouring in. After almost 40 mins of him trying to convince me not to cancel my order, he began screaming at me (this call was recorded) and telling me how impatient I was and that he was trying to make a dollar to live. Again I understood the significance of what has transpired the past few months but with as many attempts I made to get a hold of him, I no longer trusted him or the company. I truly believe that customer service and communication is key to begin a loyal and strong relationship with any customer in which he had none. One of the last things he told me why he couldn't communicate to me or any other customer about delays was because his list of 100 some odd people was to long to call back. He stated "You expect me to call every customer and give them a time frame of delays due to COVID?". I said absolutely yes because every other company in this world does it. When I finally convinced him to cancel my order he began to advise me that he could not cancel it and that even if he could, there would be up $1000 cancellation fees. I asked him where on his site it states that cancellation fees would be applied and he could not advise me. For anyone who is running into the issue, refer to the FTC website about online purchases and where they define delivery and cancellation fees. Had I not worked in Consumer Affairs in my previous career I would be out $4000 and in a bad position. Moral of the story is order from Road Armor. I did and had my bumpers in 3 weeks and they even gave me a discount after I told them about my story with Ironbull Bumper.

Horrible customer service, took 14 weeks instead of 4 to receive the bumper. Had an issue and Johnie blew me off. Once they have your money nothing matters. Shop around, there are better custom bumpers companies
