I have lived in this area for three years and have visited this location 9 times and every time there is no service. No phones calls answered and once arriving in the store it takes over 20 minutes to get help, and the limited workers demeanor is unphazed. This location should be shut down immediately. This is very poor service and should be investigated. I would rather pay more at Lowes across the street than keep getting no service and pure disregard. It's sad how one of the biggest stores has gone downhill. There is a definite need of skilled employees at this location.

Recent home improvement project with Home Depo was baited with a rebate check for 750.00 for new 10500.00 AC installation. Home depot is not interested in providing any such rebate - it is just a bait to get you to buy from them. It has been six weeks since the installation and still no word on rebate check and you will not get anyone to help you - the run around and hang up method or they cant hear you well....

Be careful with their flooring specialist. They are \"subcontractors\" and do their \"own thing\". You have to pay \"up-front\" $50 (non-refundable) consultation fee and PAY IN FULL for vinyl flooring installation. That is dangerous, because you are at the mercy of the installers, who can take months to finish a job. Pay in advance for labor? Look elsewhere.

I had ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot in April. Finally around or about April 23rd Home Depot delivered the dishwasher. The gentleman that was delivering dishwasher and was going to install it. However when he looked under the sink he noticed that I had a reverse osmosis system. He immediately said we can't do anything with reverse osmosis, I told him that it didn't matter because it wasn't connected to the dishwasher in any way. I even got down on my hands and knees and took a picture the show him where the hole was for the hoses and electrical for the dishwasher. It clearly showed and it wasn't connected and it wasn't in the way of the installation. This guy came in with the notion of not wanting to do the work anyway. Since he couldn't install it I told him to get out. His attitude and the way he carried himself was less than professional and has I was telling him to leave I used some pretty Choice words myself. I then called Home Depot and told them what happened. We decided that they would refund the installation price and the warranty protection plan at $297.13 then they would redeliver the dishwasher on May 3rd or May 2nd I can't remember which, needless to say when that time came the dishwasher they brought had major dents in it on the front. As a matter of fact, the delivery driver called me outside and told me that he didn't want to bring it in the house because he knew that I would reject the order due to the damage that was in the front of the dishwasher. They took it back and the delivery place called me Andre set up a time May 11th. May 11th has now come and gone and no delivery was made. I called Home Depot and they said they never had anything scheduled for delivery. They said they did find the order eventually but needed me to wait to contact the delivery people. So she put me on hold 40 minutes and never got back to me. Then she hung up. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

This store will not honor military discount in person . To get around this you have to order items in line then go pick them up . Only then do they honor the discount . Lowe's always honor the military discount .

Windows installation customer services are HORRIBLE! We bought 15 windows had delays in install, and have been waiting for our sliding glass screen door since July 21’! They have scheduled installation date 2x with no shows, a 3rd tentative date that has come and gone. I’ve talked to multiple people in their installation dept. who never return your call, I’ve emailed and left messages with no return call. I’ve emailed the manager No response, I’ve reached out to the salesman who said someone would call me ASAP yet to date nothing. Word of advice don’t pay them until they finish the job 100% because afterwards they don’t value you as a customer! Worst customer service experience ever! My beautiful new very expensive sliding door I can’t enjoy opening it in nice weather, if only someone at Home Depot would help us!

B4 purchasing major appliances from HD. Per corp policy, NO returns.. including all standard orders. Compare customer satisfaction guarantee to Costco and Lowes. There is NO comparing. Bye, bye HD! It's HD right not to have return policy for major appliances, but it's my right to make other consumers aware.

i just had the WORST expernice today 07/31/21 at our local Home depot. I was approaching a self check out lane in Casa Grande, Az and a Cashier by the name Desire (front end manager) quickly bee lined it my way to litterally stand over me and watch me as i was checking out. There were people at every station and a line to check out in self check out. Especially, concering when i could literally smell her and we're in a PANDEMIC!!! Would have been 5 stars if we weren't given wrong information on the dishwasher area. Dishwasher Installation ONLY INCLUDES PLUGGING IN THE DISHWASHER IN. For people who don't know my 7 year old could do that.

As stated to me by an employee here ,home depot will not price match items online at thier website like lowes does you have to buy it online for that price even if it's in store, also no free ship to store on appliances you have to pay $60 for delivery and pick it up your self, we are over this place and won't be back its always a disappointment coming here we will go to lowes from here on out
