We stayed at High Chaparral for two nights while passing through Casa Grande. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We met a few neighbors who also were friendly. Sites are gravel with a concrete pad and are quite spacious and long. It’s very quiet day and night. If you listen hard you can hear a train whistle far away at night. Dollar general and Ace Hardware are handily close. We didn’t use any amenities, so can’t comment to that.

We stayed here for a month in January of 2024. Staff and guests were very friendly. We stayed in site D20B. It was a deep, mostly level, full hook up, gravel site with a concrete patio. Dog park was across the road from our site which was very convenient. There is a large sports complex beside the dog park with pickle ball courts, bocce ball and a 9hole mini golf course. There is also a pool and hot tub. They have a large laundry area that was kept very clean and a club house. Didn’t use the bath house, but if it is anything like the rest of the park, it is well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was incredible! We stayed for a week we loved it so much. The laundry room was amazing, the showers were spaces and warm, the heated pool and hot tub is where I spent the majority of my time and it was GLORIOUS! I was swimming peacefully in 50 degree weather and could not have been happier. ? The staff and the people we met at the park were all wonderful- so kind and we felt right at home. Super dog and cat friendly. 10/10 recommend and will go again!

What a nice stay. This is a 55+ community. We are not in that age bracket for a few more years and we stayed for a week.Very easy booking and check in process. Nice size lots. Extremely clean restrooms, showers, laundry room and clubhouse. Many activities during the week listed on a calendar. The people staying there are very pleasant and had a nice time chatting with them. Very quiet area away from major interstate but not too far.Enjoyed the stay!Dan and Lisa

I stayed here overnight and it was an awesome spot. Super friendly staff, very well kept park, huge 50amp pull through spaces, easy access in and out.I believe they are mainly a 55+/adult-only park. I am younger, but no kids and was able to do an overnight stay. You must be in the park before 5pm to check in at the office, just a heads up. It worked out well for me, and would definitely overnight here again if I had the chance.Pickup truck pulling a 38ft bumper pull trailer.

Very plain and basic park. It's adults only, but in the winner time they won't let younger adults stay there. They will tell you in the spring time you can stay over the winter but come September they tell all the young adults to leave by october 1st, so you have to scramble to find a new park as they are all reserved that late in the season. Gave 2 stars for the pool and library.

Tried to make a reservation, they have a 50 lb weight limit on dogs. Not very “pet friendly “, as their website proclaims.

Power went off. They need to upgrade their power. With temperatures in the 90's we need power for our AC.

We used their sewer dump service. Very friendly staff. Paid $10 bucks, and 30 minutes later, we were back on the road.

The employee was very friendly however they do not allow dogs over 50 lbs. They don't discriminate on breed just weight, I don't understand that. Some of the meanest dogs are small. Chihuahuas are some of the biggest biters of any breed. My dog is a St. Bernard which is one of the biggest breeds but also the most gentle.
