“We frequently shop at this Home Depot. There is almost always someone around to help. I’ve never had a poor customer service experience. Returns are easy, and they are usually very well stocked in what I need.
Today we stopped by for the kids craft. We didn’t know that you had to sign up to come. They were kind and understanding, and still let us participate. I was especially impressed by how helpful they were throughout the craft, offering additional supplies, wipes, and kids aprons. It was great to be treated well despite the fact that we weren’t technically supposed to be there.”
“Great store with friendly staff. We bought an assembled grill (barbecue) and it would not quite fit in our vehicle. Dalton and Leo helped us haul it to our vehicle, then Leo went to get his personal socket set to remove one shelf so it fit in the vehicle. It was a great experience.”
