“This evening I was at lowes. I went to leave and my car was acting really weird and stopped. My tire was completely flat (brand new btw). I have a plug in machine to fill my tires, but it was taking forever. Being disabled, I was un able to change my tire and you could hear the air leaking. Then came 3 of the most amazing employees from Lowes..Wallace, Dan and Vincent who went above and beyond to help me get my spare and change my tire. Which it wasn't easy for them and there's absolutely no way I could have done it myself.
So Wallace, Dan and Vincent, you Gentlemen are Amazing and I cannot thank you enough. I will also call the store manager to let the Manager know how grateful I am.”
