My primary address is that of a different State and have had several problems surface from that Banks branch........this Bank and each n every person in the Casa Grande Arizona First Interstate Bank has been very professional, n helpful to me and my family..... absolutely wonderful people!!!!!

Bank employees are not at all helpful or friendly. The bank refused to release my daughter's money after holding it for many, many days. Even though they were told the cashiers check already cleared. They didn't care that our power, phones, internet, garbage and water bills were at risk of being shut of while we waited for them to release funds. They are heartless and their rules left a 3 year old with out diapers, without wipes and with out access to his favorite show, Ms. RACHEL. The bank could have released part of the funds early but they don't care about others at all.

Bunch of criminals had my money stolen because they overcharged someone and made me pay for it when it was there fault ? don't bank here very unprofessional

A nice little bank, if you like personal attention.Very quiet and clean Only complaint is the older style ATM, and not able to bank for the weekends. Everything is digital.

Have banked here for several years without problems. A problem that did arise was handled efficiently and rapidly. Staff is friendly and helpful. It has a small time bank feel which I like. I have referred family.

Employees are helpful and polite. I had an unauthorized debit from my account and the branch manager helped me get my money back It was in my account the next day It feels like a small town bank I love this bank!
